Perfect villa for two adult's. Lots of lovely outdoor space which would be even more useful once the weather gets warmer and the evenings lighter - we made the most of them in January but were limited by cooler dark evenings. Pool was listed as heated but could have been warmer. We would definitely go back to this villa as although it’s small inside the outdoor spaces made up for this

Sehr sauber, Handtücher und Bettwäsche werden gewechselt je nach Wunsch. Ein kleiner Berg aus Wulkangestein befindet sich hinter dem Haus- ein Weg führt nach oben und bietet einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Insel. Es gibt zwei Terrassen- morgens sieht man den Sonnenaufgang :) Die Küche ist praktisch eingerichtet, könnte jedoch etwas aufgestockt werden (ich koche sehr gerne mit lokalen Produkten), aber für eine Basis reicht es aus. Playa Blanca ist ca. 2,5-3 km fussläufig erreichbar, ein Bus fährt da auch hin & ausreichend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es dort auch.

Tolles Ferienhaus, welches wir immer wieder buchen würden

Wir waren 7 Wochen in dem Haus und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Nur die Matrazen im 2. Schlafzimmer waren sehr schlecht, unbedingt müssten diese ausgewechselt werden. Wir haben uns mit einer Auflage von der Gartenlounge beholfen und diese auf die Matraze gelegt. Aber ansonsten gab es nichts auszusetzen

Bonita villa, decorada con mucho gusto, zona muy tranquila e intima, aunque un poco alejada si no dispones de vehiculo. La zona de la piscina y terraza para disfrutar. Destacar la excelente atencion y comunicacion con el profesiomal inmobiliario ( Jose ).

Beautiful villa with brand new furniture, it is very lovely. The villa was perfect for our family with 2 little children. The garden with its heated swimming pool is a must! The swimming pool is quite big compared to others, it was perfect. The villa has a stunning double view, one side to Fuerteventura and Isla de Lobos islands, the other side to the mountains. The location was very convenient to go to the beautiful beach of Papagayo,to visit Timanfaya park, and even to go in the north of the island. Communication with the owners was very efficient and they were helpful. I recommend!

Not adequate for four person stay as advertised, one double bed and one single bed when we arrived!!! minimal furnishings, pictures advertising Villa are not true reflection with few home comforts missing in the Flesh. Beds/Two seater Sofa very uncomfortable, no English TV channels available apart from Netflix, Overall Villa very Basic although Clean throughout!! Locals with dogs allowing them to bark morning, noon and night. Car rental advisable as most shops/restaurants at least 5-10mins drive away from Villa or 30-40 mins walking distance-

Estuvimos muy bien , la casa nos gustó muchísimo, la disfrutamos!!! El único pero que le pondría, sería el colchón, realmente muy incómodo, no entendimos como podía estar todo tan bien, por no decir superior y en cambio el colchón fuese tan incómodo ... Por lo demás, todo nos pareció perfecto . La isla nos maravilló, el año que viene tenemos previsto volver y la verdad, nos encantaría repetir la estancia con su agencia, pero como requisito, nos gustaría que tuviesen en cuenta el cambio de colchón, ya que de lo contrario, nos plantearíamos cambiar de agencia. Muchísimas gracias por todo!!

Excellent place to relax

The house is well equipped and very well maintained. The surroundings are quiet and ideal for relaxing. The pool is very nice. All in all very recommendable. The support (in case of questions, smaller matters and the wish to stay a few hours longer until the flight time) was excellent and fast.

Pure Entspannung

Ein fantastisches Haus mit einem beheizten Pool. Es macht schon Spaß, wenn man jederzeit schwimmen kann. Darüber hinaus gibt es vorne und hinten Terrassen zum Entspannen mit sehr schönem Ausblick. Zum Inventar gehört alles, was man braucht. Ein Safe ist auch vorhanden. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett! Man kann sie auch jederzeit erreichen, wenn man will. Wir haben die Zeit dort, sehr genossen. Ein entspannter Urlaub. Lanzarote ist eine sehr schöne und ungewöhnliche Insel. Wir würden gerne noch mal dorthin und dann würden wir wieder dieses Haus buchen. Schöne Grüße Michael

Nice but some disappointments

The location was good if you have a hire car and the outlook both to front and rear was excellent as the villa is positioned high up. There are steps to be considered if you have limited mobility. The heated pool was lovely. On the negative side, the bed mattress was terrible, sagging in the middle, and the bed linen was very poor quality and unhygienic blankets instead of duvets. Overall there was just the bare minimum of equipment and no information of any kind. Strangely there was only one sofa as seating which was OK for two of us but would be a real problem for 4 guests. It should be said that when we had a couple of problems Villalia dealt with them speedily and efficiently.

Lovely, well maintained villa in a quiet location

Bellavista is in a quiet area of Playa Blanca with just a mountain for company! The street is gated and it felt very secure and the villa was exactly as described to us by the management company. It was beautifully clean and very well maintained and easy to find on arrival. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed for a 2 week stay (our only tip would be to bring dishwasher tablets so you don't have to buy them!). We could have done with some plastic crockery for the children to use around the pool/tiled floor in the villa. The pool was cleaned 3 times during our 2 week stay and we had maid service once - change of linen, towels and a very thorough clean. The management company couldn't do enough to help us and were always on hand for any queries (we didn't have a hairdryer and they brought one to us within an hour!). They very kindly arranged for some basic shopping for us when we arrived late at night. The villa is on the edge of Playa Blanca and we were glad of a hire car. There is a taxi rank just down the road, which we regularly used to get into Playa Blanca in the evening (4 Euros to town centre/5 Euros to Rubicon Marina) and it took approx. 20mins to walk to the resort and Flamingo Beach. There was lots to do in Playa Blanca and lots of restaurants, cafes and bars to visit. We enjoyed 'Aqua Lava' Waterpark - approx. 15mins walk/5 minutes drive and recommend the Timanfaya National Park. There are lots of supermarkets in Playa Blanca - a small one attached to a nearby hotel, but found a great cheap 'Hyper Dino' tucked behind the 'Spar' in the town centre. All in all, we had a lovely holiday. We have 2 children (9 and 7) and it was perfect for them - very safe, clean and secure - and every relaxing for us!

Nous avons séjourné 3 semaines durant le mois de juillet 2016. La desciption de l'annonce correspondait à la réalité. Emplacement au calme, quasiment a l abri des regards. Placé en face de l un des sentiers qui mène a la montana roja. L'equipement de la maison était parfait. La propriété etait très propre. Le ménage bien fait par le personnel, le linge de maison changé egalement chaque semaine ( torchons, serviettes et draps de lits etc. Piscine nettoyer tous les 3 jours. Sinon petit problème de DVD et de lumière de piscine (car la piscine s' eclaire le soir et se coupe le matin) qui ne marchaient pas. Mais très vite resolus par le personnel. TOUS NOS REMERCIEMENTS A ARIDANE ET LUCIA POUR LEUR PROFESSIONNALISME. Ce sont les personnes qui s occuppent des problèmes que vous rencontrez. Elles sont réactives et vous répondent rapidement. Elles vous indiquent aussi le chemin de l aeroport a la propriete. nous avons trouvé tout de suite car super bien expliqué par Aridane and Lucia. Je recommande cette propriété a toutes les personnes qui desirent y sejourner. Pour finir, je vous recommande de louer une voiture afin de profiter pleinement de l ile. Nous avons loué chez CICAR et aucune surprise, tres bonne société de location, merci aussi. j espere à l' année prochaine et encore merci à toute l equipe, personnels de menage, d entretien de la piscine etc et encore merci Aridane et Lucia.
