海に砂丘の上の新しい遊歩道とビーチフロント。素晴らしいオーシャンビュー！プールと砂丘だけがビーチからこのコンドミニアムを分離しています。マスターバルコニー、リビングエリア、スクリーン付きポーチからビーチの景色を楽しめます。プールはすぐそばにあります。手入れが行き届き、清潔で豊富に揃っているこのユニットは、多くのリピーターを楽しんでいます。
カーペットじゃない。床は木、タイルそして石です：３つの大浴場、（２つの改造）、３つの寝室、２つのクイーンベッド、双子のセット）、すべてのリネンが用意されています。

Great location

We stayed with a group of college friends to run the CRBR. The location had restaurants nearby, the beach was outside the door, and the porch was wonderful. Owner was super nice.

Wonderful

Everything was just perfect the way the listing read down to the condiments that were needed. The beds were wonderful nice and soft great pillows. Everything was clean. I would definitely go back.

Long weekend getaway

Came for a long Easter weekend with husband and 3 young adults. The property and location was perfect for us! Loved the ocean view and the screened in porch. Easy walk to the incredible beach- so much space and fabulous shell hunting!!! Would definitely recommend and book here again! Mary was very responsive and flexible with any requests we had- wonderful to work with

Great location, very clean unit but dated.

Overall, we loved it. Isle of Palms was beautiful, the unit was very clean and the flooring from Mary’s family is gorgeous. We really appreciated that it was well stocked with both beach equipment and kitchen and bath products. My suggestions/opinion would be to update the vanities in the upstairs bathrooms, the kitchen needs updating and the chairs in the dining area were mismatched. However, the price reflected this and was fabulous.

Relaxing

Though the weather was cooler them expected… we managed. The proximity of the pool and beach were perfect. The privacy of the beach made for great shell collecting.The place was clean and well equipped. We had trouble with tvs in the rooms but didn’t feel the need to mention it during our stay.Would definitely stay again. The only thing inaccurate to the listing was the access to the hot tub which was only available I’d booked thru different vendor which I have not checked to see if was updated.Thank you for sharing your lovely home!!

Family Weekend

Wild Dunes is a great place and this villa is in a perfect location. The accommodations were as described and the views from the porch were so nice. Would definitely rent again.

Family at the Beach

Mary was a great host ! There were no surprises as we had the pool just 15 steps from our condo view of the ocean. Then a 3 minute walk to the beach on the board walk. Very private area and one we will return to.

Fantastics property in the perfect location!

Excellent location on the beach and overlooks the pool. The property is spacious and very clean. A/C works amazingly well. Beautiful sandy beach was not crowded and very safe. Pool was so sparkling clean and warm. Unit has beach chairs, pool noodles, and sand toys. We had an excellent time here and will definitely book again in the future!

We are South Carolinians with ties to colleges and relatives in Charleston. We began vacationing in Wild Dunes when the resort was in its early stages and later purchased in the beachfront townhomes we had always admired.

We wanted to be on the beach where the density was at a minimum, which is very difficult to find. We felt the Beach Club Villas were clearly the best, with extra space, and proximity to everything within the resort is ideal. There are nice restaurants nearby, and we also liked the idea of having Historic Charleston so close. The shopping and restaurants are wonderful, and it takes 30- 45 minutes to get downtown Charleston, based on the traffic. Out of state guests can easily fly to the local airport, and be at the condo in approx 30 -45 min, again dependent upon traffic.

We enjoy the beach, listing to the surf, and just taking it easy. Our daughter enjoys tennis and our relatives with children love the versatility of the pool and proximity to the ocean. Although we don't golf, many of our relatives and guests do, and have told us that this is one of the most scenic golf courses they have played.
