Great place to stay!

We loved the property and all of the amenities we had access too. Got to see some pretty cool wildlife in the area which was a plus for our kids. We also loved how easily we could get to the theme parks and stores from the property. We would definitely stay here again!

Decent and affordable

It was the perfect size for our family. I would say the carpets needed to be cleaned. It was affordable and close to everything.

Overall, well maintained. Good amenities. Will stay here again. We had an issue maintenance issue on a Sunday, regardless the team was very responsive, and had it resolved in good time.

Fantastic

The original place at the Severn dwarfs was horrendous. Smelled like cat pee had cockroaches. Was filthy. When we called magnolias they were very accommodating with providing us with a different location within 2 hours of the complaint. The new location at verde terra was excellent. I would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Too hot

The property was nice the only bad thing was the house even with the ac on was too hot. We had to use fans to keep us cool .

The condo was really nice. However, there was no wash cloths, or hair dryers. No extra toilet paper, etc. Left message to see about wash cloths and got no response.

Very old property with clogged bathrooms

The property is quite old with beds in very poor condition and bathroom tub was clogged. It was not fixed even after complaining

Lots of beds.

Good location, good parking. Easy access. We didn't use the amenities, but there was a nice pool and hot tub. Although the property has beds for 10, there is only table seating for 4. There are also a couple of stools at the counter. The kitchen appliances were great, but other than large dinner plates, there weren't a lot of dishes. The property lists linens and towels, but there were no wash cloths, dish cloths or bathroom mats. This should have been stated in the rental. Overall, we had a great time, but the carpet really needs to be cleaned.

Not the best but I've been in worse

The townhouse was big enough for my family, plenty of room for sleeping, the beds were not in the best condition but after a long day at the park, a bed is a bed. The condition of the townhouse was far from clean and well kept. The carpet was fifthly, after only 20 minutes of being there my granddaughters feet were black from crawling on the floor. There was damage to walls and the closet doors came off the hinges as soon as I tried to close them. The community was nice, I liked that it was gated and close to everything. Unless there is a different unit available to rent I will probably not stay there again.

Terrible house keeping

When we first arrived the guard wouldn’t let us in even though they had our information and we paid for early check in. When we finally got in we noticed dead bugs everywhere and then saw roaches running around. I immediately reached out and they were able to let us switch to a different location right away. Also the property does not provide anything but towels. No toilet paper paper towels or trash bags to clean up with afterwards you have to bring your own. The lady in customer service was amazing and helped us a lot with communication and getting us a new place to stay.

Inventory

Whilst the property had 4 bedrooms which was sufficient for our party of 5 adults and 5 children the living space was very limited. There were only 4 chairs so meal times were difficult. There was a lack of cups, mugs, glassware, etc and was certainly not stocked for a party of 10. An email to the property management was sent re a fan and light which were not working in the living room making it rather uncomfortable at times when warm outside. An acknowledgement was received but my complaint was not actioned. So a moderate average score of 3. Thanks Alex

A título de contribuição: 1.saídas de ar condicionado precisam limpeza 2.box da suite inferior precisa um suporte alto para shampoo e sabonete 3.uma política de aproveitamento para alimentos congelados ou mesmo não abertos seria interessante 4.uma lavagem do carpete é necessária. Os pés e meias ficam sujos após andar sobre o carpete. De qq modo o imóvel é muito muito bom. Gratíssimo pela acolhida com minha família. Ótimos dias passados nele.

Place was clean and easy to get to. Would have liked to see more toiletries and dishwasher pods and towels/wash rags. Each bathroom only had 1 roll of toilet paper and we had 5 people for 7 days and no wash rags, we had to use the 2 rags that were in the kitchen. Also only 2 dishwasher pods, we had to hand wash a lot of dishes since we ate at the house everyday. Other than that the community and pool was great. Loved the security guards as well.

This property was perfect for our group. Swimming was just outside the townhouse as was the exercise facility. It was clean and everyone in the gated community were very welcoming!

The place was nice & welcoming! Although we did have AC issues & they were not resolved till the final day of our stay. We were in 80 degree weather inside the home for the majority of our stay even after contacting the owners several times. Property was a good location & nice though.
