Make room for family time at this professionally decorated 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom villa in Windsor at Westside. Enjoy your own private pool and screened lanai, two Disney-themed kids’ bedrooms, and multiple living areas for gathering together or spreading out. With seven TVs, an in-home washer and dryer, and complimentary access to the community’s resort amenities, you’ll have plenty to enjoy between theme park adventures.

Property Description:

Share meals in the dining area, settle into the living room for a movie, or head upstairs to relax in the loft. Multiple living areas give your group options for spending time together and enjoying a little space. The kitchen features granite countertops and modern appliances, with a dining area for gathering over breakfast or dinner.

Two Disney-themed kids’ bedrooms bring a little extra magic to bedtime, with character-inspired artwork and décor. The primary suite offers a king bed, a spacious bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower, and a built-in wardrobe. Every bedroom has its own TV, with two additional TVs in the living room and loft—seven throughout the home.

Ready to soak up the Sunshine State sun and get a tan? Step outside to the screened lanai for a swim or a break between outings. Enjoy a private outdoor space where your family can spend time together without leaving the villa. In addition, an in-home washer and dryer make it easy to refresh clothes during your stay and pack a little lighter.

While you're just 12 minutes from the Disney World theme parks in Orlando, you won't even need to leave the neighborhood! Your stay includes complimentary access to Windsor at Westside’s shared resort amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, resort pool, lazy river, children’s play area, arcade, sports courts, bar, cabanas, and more! (Operating hours: 10 AM - 8 PM).

This 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom vacation mansion at Windsor Westside offers plenty of perks and fun for you and your family. After all, isn't this what vacation should be?

Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire villa, including the private pool and screened lanai, plus complimentary access to the shared resort amenities within the gated Windsor at Westside community. Free roadside parking is permitted, and all amenities are accessible to people with disabilities. The clubhouse and community recreation areas are shared with other residents in the gated community.

Important Details:
This brand-new villa was built in 2019, making it one of the newest Vrbo villas in Orlando.

Optional extras available for an additional charge:

• Customizable private pool heating (65 to 90 degrees): $35 per day.

Absolutely loved our stay. Everything was perfect from the home to the pool to the community center pool, lazy river, clubhouse. And it was only a 5 minute walk!

Me in my Family had a great time in this house was awesome very big we had plenty of room. I will recommend this unit to anyone. The owner is very friendly and made my family feel very comfortable in response back if I had any issues which was a plus for us this house in Orlando was great in the pool was great also. Very budget friendly.

Our family’s impromptu trip to Orlando to escape the ice storm turned out to be a wonderful surprise. The Disney-themed vacation home was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to relax after long days at Disney World. The pool area was perfect for unwinding, and the house had thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. The host, Andy, was welcoming and responsive, and the location (convenient to everything) made the whole experience easy and stress-free. It was the perfect “summer” getaway during an unexpected winter storm.

The house was very nice and spacious. The washing machine didn’t work, which was one reason we chose a house with a washer and dryer, seemed as though the owner knew it wasn’t working when I reached out to him. Very poor lighting outside at pool area. Since you enter the property through that area, there should be more lights! The ice maker on the fridge didn’t work either, and fridge leaked!

Definitely had plenty of space which was great but definitely lacking in some areas. The layers of dust/dirt on kitchen drawers, ceiling and baseboards was a bit too much. The dishwasher I think washed the dishes however, when the cycle was complete the dishes were still wet. A little jet dry goes a long way. The shower doors did not slide on the tracks like they should (kissing wheels). Lighting in the pool area was almost nonexistent so we couldn’t swim at night because of it. There was a lamp in the living room that had broken bulb coverings. Got responses during the stay but crickets when I tried to inform about issues that should be looked at. I’m not sure if cleaning is done by a professional company but if it is you’re being taken advantage of. I would be highly disappointed in my cleaning crew.

Comfortable 5BR with water park steps away

We loved staying here in Feb. The highlight has to be the great pool just steps away with beautiful heated water, a lazy river, giant kids zero depth play area, drinks and food purchase area, exercise room and great views of the lake just outside the pool area. Many rentals have long lines at the gate but this community never had a line. The location is close to Disney and has some wonderful restaurants nearby. You can get on the 429 6 miles above I4 which saves so much time. We would love to stay her again.

Time away

The house was nice very convenient to just about anything. Only real complaint is parking the family in the house next to us had a sprint van and parked it in front of two garages and when we parked in front of our unit we blocked him in think you need to provide more guidance on how where you should park larger vehicles I have a large svu so i understand parking challenges. I'd stay here again though!!!

Kids were happy

Photos shown appear to be a bit deceiving. While it was a nice place it could use some updates. Master bed felt old and wasn't comfortable. The cleanliness was also subpar.

Great Location for a Family Trip

This was a great location for our family trip for 12. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. The neighborhood had a pool with a separate kids area. There was also a lazy river and a kids activity room that was open during the day. Our rental had its own pool, which you could request to be heated. This was great for the kids with us who enjoyed swimming even after the larger neighborhood pool closed. We were in a great shopping area as well at about 15 minutes from lots of stores and restaurants.The host was very communicative and made the check in and check out process very easy. We would definitely rent this location again!

Property owner a pleasure to work with but area is not so great.

We paid for early check in at 1pm. We got there at 2:30pm and the cleaning lady was still there. Cleanliness of the property wasn’t that great. There wasn’t a lot of dishes, utensils, etc to work with. There was garbage and broken things in the garage. The dishwasher and dryer both were broken. The one gate to enter the property was broken. The pool was very small at the house, but the kids did enjoy the pool on property.

Family vacation 2025

I will say that some of the pictures online did not match what the house actually looks like. The house is not bad, but it definitely could use some renovations. Upon check in, I had to reach out to the property manager for the code to the gate because it was not send prior to our arrival. Management did get back to me with the check in information fast but still that was a little inconvenient. The house was clean to a certain extent. The bathrooms, bedrooms, and kitchen were pretty neat but after about 5 or so minutes the tops of my 9 month olds feet were black from the floor not being completely clean. The property had a crib and highchair which was very convenient with having an infant. And the property was very close to Disney and all of the other theme parks. It was also very nice to have the pool and lazy river on site of the property. Overall my family and I enjoyed our stay!

Bare Bones

Check in process was awful, make sure you have everything from them prior to arriving. We landed at 4pm on the day of check in, I sent the property manager a message on VRBO through the app asking for check in details. They never got back to me. We were sitting in our vehicle in the dark, at the security gate with our 2 small children in the car waiting for hours. The property manager didn't send us check in information until THE NEXT DAY at 5:40am. The house was tidy but absolutely bare bones. One of the chairs at the kitchen island was broken (seat fell off when my daughter went to sit on it) the dishwasher looked really dirty and the kitchen sink plugs were both missing the pegs so we couldn't wash dishes we had to use the dishwasher. The BBQ did not have a propane bottle and looked like it was just tossed in the corner of the garage. All the pots and pans in the house were destroyed and should be thrown out, considering the teflon on all of them was completely scratched and worn. They could really spend a 100 and get some new kitchen wear. We've stayed at plenty of VRBO properties and this was the barest of all of them all. Their were 2 reclining lawn chairs outside and 1 of them was torn to shreds, things like this should be thrown out. I don't see a point in roasting this listing BUT come prepared. This property needs updates.

Since August, we've had a complete deep clean of the house, refreshed our kitchen amenities and patio furniture, and overhauled our old BBQ grill system, with new propane grills available year-round upon request. For late check-in emergencies, please contact me directly using the personal details provided to all guests in the check-in document. That way, you can reach me directly, without any messaging delays. We genuinely value your feedback—it helped us identify areas for improvement and take concrete steps to enhance the guest experience. This place was horrible. When we arrived the cleaning lady was just now trying to clean it up. Try to get in touch with the host no answer! Furniture was very out dated need to be replaced! Walls were very dirty! Air conditioning doesn’t work good! Host didn’t return my calls until 12:00 that night!! Refrigerator leak the whole time! I wouldn’t recommend this property! Need to be removed!! They just taken your money and not keeping the property up! It has a smell cause it’s very old!! Me and my family wasn’t pleased at all! Wouldn’t rent this again!!
