350フィートの白砂のビーチがある5エーカーの理想的な立地にありますが、町からはわずか2マイルです。 ヴィラには2つのフロアがあり、それぞれにラップアラウンドデッキがあります。 1階には3つのベッドルームスイートがあり、それぞれに専用バスルームと快適なそよ風があり、プールに簡単にアクセスできます。 2階には、共通のリビングエリアとキッチンだけでなく、別のマスタースイートが含まれています。 素晴らしいテラスからは、一方のビーチと、もう一方の手付かずのジャングルとマヤの山々が見渡せます。 ここでは、朝のコーヒーを飲みながら、冷たい海風をリラックスして楽しむことができます。

OUTSTANDING!!! This place checked so many boxes. From privacy, beach, pool, house, chef and staff! Albert and his wife were there daily to clean and help with anything we needed. Communication was great. Albert hooked us up with a taxi when needed. The chef Nelson was excellent! Made all our meals to order! We highly recommend staying here!

Our group of 8 stayed at Villa Ranguana in January 2026. We found the location and accommodations to be well appointed and as advertised to handle a large family with children. Our kiddos are ages 4-12. The private beach was very clean and accessible for the kids to swim, as was having the pool available for swimming and lounging. Chef Nelson is a must! He prepared wonderful meals each day and left the kitchen and dishes clean after each meal. Albert was very helpful in arranging for local tours which we enjoyed both inland and at sea. We rented a golf cart which was delivered to the property on the day of our arrival. It was very convenient and safe to take the golf cart into Placencia to explore the town and go out for meals.

Fantastic family vacation in Placencia!

Villa Ranguana was the perfect stay for a family vacation for 7 adults in Placencia. The villa is beautiful and very well kept! Albert and Francee are fantastic and were helpful with anything we needed during our stay. Chef Nelson was also amazing coming throughout our stay to cook great meals. Everything was just as described online and we all would definitely recommend Villa Ranguana and Placencia for a Belize vacation!!!

Beautiful Place

We have stayed at this house twice now. Both times have been great! The location is perfect for being laid back and away from the busyness but also just close enough to go into town everyday for some groceries and eating at the restaurants. We highly recommend staying here!!

Beautiful home and beach Amazing Chef and On site manager

We had an amazing time. We were a group of 9 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. Albert and Francee were both amazing. They took care of all of our groceries and Airport transfers. They also kept the property and beach clean. Chef Nelson was amazing and catered to all of our needs and wishes. He made delicious meals, accommodated gluten-free and made us frozen drinks and cocktails. I can't say enough great things about the home and workers! The owner was also super helpful and very responsive. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants and excursions. I only wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend and hope to go back someday.

Amazing views and wonderful property

Villa Ranguana is an amazing place. We had a spectacular time with friends. Francee and Albert were very accommodating and were always available. Highly recommended for future visitors. Close to the action, but also remote and private. Our party of 10 thoroughly enjoyed it!

Amazing

This property is amazing. The on site manager, house keeping, grounds keepers all did an amazing job. We were not expecting daily house keeping, were we’re not expecting daily beach towels, we would come back from excursions or lunch ect and it was as if had just arrived. If you happen to have a group in need of a property of this size you will be more than happy.

A spectacular property

What a magical place! The home is as amazing as advertised, and the owner is communicative. The caretakers, Albert and Francee are delightful and always willing to help, and their gorgeous pup, Archie, was an especially nice surprise since all of us are dog people and were missing our own beasties.

Fantastic stay at Villa Ranguana and Casa

We had a fantastic stay at the property. We had 17 people and rented the Villa and adjacent Casa. Albert, the onsite caretaker, was very pleasant and helpful. The villa is set up for plenty of privacy for a larger group and has plenty of toys to enjoy the ocean. I’d recommend using Albert to help with logistics on transportation and organized day trips. The excursion to Ranguana island is well with the cost and boat ride. We’d recommend Villa Ranguana or the Casa to anyone.

Pictures don’t do this justice

Our stay was amazing. All six of us staying said the pictures didn’t do it justice at all. The house was amazing and very clean and more beautiful than the pictures show. Albert was so helpful and booked a couple excursions plus a chef for a couple nights. We had rental car issues and he was on it helping us if he could. The air in the rooms worked great. The one minor thing was the master bed was more firm than I like to sleep on but I still had a great nights sleep. Highly recommend this house for just friends or even family!

Villa Ranguana is amazing and exceeded our expectations! The home is beautiful and spacious, with spectacular views of the ocean. The private beach is lovely, one can swim, snorkel, or kayak (provided by villa) in the ocean or dip in the freshwater pool. The location is an easy golf cart trip into the village of Placencia for a taste of local cuisine or to purchase a souvenir locally crafted. Albert & Francee were exceptional hosts, and dog, Archie, the perfect greeter! They were extremely friendly, highly responsive, and very helpful; helped book tours and restaurants, provided daily cleaning, and even arranged to have Chef Mark prepare dinner - delicious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend. If you are considering Villa Ranguana, book now!

9 Days, 8 Friends, 1 Birthday

Our group rated this vacation #1. Villa Ranguana didn’t disappoint. We had everything we needed and it was in a location where we felt safe, had privacy, and a beautiful ocean view. It was clean and well-maintained by Albert and Francee who live next door. They were perfect hosts, stocked groceries, and arranged golf cart rentals for our arrival. You will need a golf cart if you want to go anywhere, and you want them reserved before you get there. I had waited too long and could not find any in Placencia, but Albert saved the day by finding our group, two brand-new golf carts! Albert also arranged for Chef Nelson to cook Belizean dinners for us. We highly recommend Nelson. We liked Placencia and Villa Ranguana so much that we are already discussing a return in 2027.

We stepped out of our taxi and simply said "Wow. This is ours?" The Villa was beyond my expectations. The expansive beach, pool, terrace, huge rooms, sea breezes, sunrise views, outdoor shower in main bath, living space, kitchen...It was everything we hoped for and more. Albert & Francee were so warm and helpful in every way. They helped us with booking snorkeling, fishing, horseback riding and in-house massages as well as cooking us a birthday dinner that was delicious and pre-stocking the fridge for our arrival! We felt like royalty. The location was good as well, extremely private beach with two solid restaurants basically at the end of the driveway. The ocean was warm and great for floating/snorkeling. Our fishing guide picked us up right from the beach. One bummer was the sand flies/no see ums - bring deet / anti-itch cream. We were covered in bites. Highly recommend Villa Ranguana and would go back in a heartbeat.

Fabulous relaxing week at Villa Ranguana

We took our family to Belize to celebrate my 75th birthday & our 25th wedding anniversary. We chose Villa Ranguana because it a)looked beautiful, b) had a pool AND a private beach & 3) it was close to town. We were delighted when we arrived to a spotlessly clean villa that was exactly as shown in the photos. Totally private, beautiful views of the sea, nice rooms & Albert & Francee the caretakers who lived next door. We had asked for a private chef to cook dinners & 1 breakfast for the 9 of us & they got Ray, who used to cook for a fine local restaurant, the Breezeway. It was the best decision we made. We handled breakfasts & came home to delicious Belizran style meals almost every night. At a reasonable cost! We dealt with all the people recommended by Dave, the owner of the Villa and were well taken care of on every tour. Monkey River was so cool & the Garifuna center in Hopkins with Jason was a unique experience. Truly Wild Belize was great as was Ranguana Caye - we almost wish we had stayed there! I highly recommend Villa Ranguana for a great Belize vacation in Placencia. We would absolutely go back@

Beautiful Bespoke Stay with Anything and Everything You Could Want!

From before we arrived when we were taken to the airport, this property and the people that care for it have been amazing! Before we arrived, I spent many hours and many more emails chatting with our host and finding all of the information I needed for the various people that would be with me. This included where doctors were located, finding us a private Chef to hire, and giving us advice on the best places to find adventure! Once we were there, Albert and Francie took care of all our needs. They are the caretakers that live in the house next door. Whenever I would text or ask them for something, they helped me within minutes! They are both kind and friendly people. They helped arrange tours, talked to us about great places to eat, told us stories about their lives, and we're simply wonderful to have around if we needed them! The rooms each came with their own bathroom and each one was gorgeous. The upstairs master bedroom has views that look out onto the ocean. Each of the downstairs rooms open to the beach mirror feet away. You can hear the beautiful sound of the surf every night as you fall asleep. While we chose to have a private chef, there are many wonderful places to eat. If you do not use a private chef, you can still have all your food pre-stocked by Albert! It was comforting to arrive after a day of travel and be able to sit down with some food already in the refrigerator. There are kayaks and chairs right on the beach to be used whenever you wish. There are as many towels as you could want! Since our party was always either in the pool or in the ocean, that came in handy! We also rented a golf cart from Captain Jak's which was dropped off and picked up at our location. Since Captain Jack's knows the location and Albert, everything went completely smoothly. For those of you wanting to know about Wi-Fi and the television, both are available and both work well. Albert showed us how to use the remote for the TV and we found everything we wanted. The the Wi-Fi worked well in every room and even by the pool and on the beach. If any of you need to use the Wi-Fi for work, it should be fine. I don't know what else to say about this place to convince you that it is an absolute dream! The owner even checked in with me halfway through the stay to see how things were going. If you are considering staying here, consider no longer! You will have the time of your life!

Villa Ranguana was even better than expected. Beautiful home that had everything you could need. We spent a week enjoying the pool and huge veranda. Albert and his wife were wonderful and made the trip even more special. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

A place to relax

Very clean, efficient house service (Albert and Francis) and on call chef (Ray, who we nearly took home in our luggage!). Booked all tours through Jason at Truly Wild Belize and golf carts at Captain Jaks. Dave the owner checks in and all of that together, made for a truly relaxing stay. The folks in Placencia, and all the places we toured, were very nice and helpful. Highly recommend Ranguana as a villa to book.

Amazing

This property was just as beautiful as the pictures show! We had an amazing time with 3 couples and 2 kids. We rented golf carts that were perfect transportation to town. We highly recommend taking the puddle jumper from Belize city to Placencia. The airport is right by the house. The caretaker was very helpful and checked on us every morning. While we were there a sea turtle came and laid eggs one night on the beach. It was stunning. Great for a large family vacation! They also have a lot of kitchen supplies (pot,pans, glassware etc) we cooked dinner multiple nights and had everything we needed!

Absolutely wonderful

Our group had an absolutely wonderful stay at this property. Plenty of room to spread out inside and out, very comfortable beds, gorgeous bathrooms, perfect location, spotlessly clean. Albert and Francisca were very kind and helpful and the owner also was tremendously helpful in answering many questions pre-departure. 100% recommend.
