ラカシータはメインヴィラから独立しており、専用の入り口があります。 宿泊施設は広々としており、完全に自己完結型で、全体にエアコンが備わっています。 クイーンサイズのベッドには、最高級のマットレスがあります。ラウンジ/ダイナーには、4人用のダイニング施設があり、海に面した裏庭を見渡す美しい景色が楽しめます。 DVDプレーヤーとDVD、ライブラリ、音楽が提供されます。 キッチンには設備が整っており、シャワールームは明るく広々としています。 すべてのタオルと寝具が提供されます。
静かな静けさとビーチへの近接性に加えて、高水準の宿泊施設と美しい庭園があり、ラカシータは本当に忘れられない滞在場所です。 自宅の施設から贅沢な家を自由に出入りできます。安全で美しいプールと屋外のダイニングエリアを追加すれば、離れるのが難しくなります。 ナイトライフやレストランでの食事が必要な場合は、数分以内にすべて利用できるので、休憩やリラックスしたり、外出して遊ぶことができます！

Great accommodation, excellent hosts!

Can’t say enough about this lovely little casita. We were looking for something in a slightly quieter area, but still close to Estepona, Malaga area. This little spot was perfect for us. Can’t say enough about our hosts. Loveliest people and so accommodating in every way. Loved the sweetest dogs on the property. Really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful week in glorious location

Amazing week in La Casita - James and Alison are brilliant people who go out of their way to make sure everything is OK. The apartment is lovely and the pool, gardens etc are perfect - the pictures don’t do it justice. Lots of great places to eat/explore just a short drive away. Thoroughly recommend 👍

Just like what you would like it to be !

Alison & James have been excellent hosts. The property had all the amenities you could think of, and with a high level of details (examples : presence of slippers, coil for BBQ, etc). And if there was anything missing, you just needed to ask. While most other rentals will prohibit presence of dogs, we particularly appreciated that our Beagle was welcome. And cherry on the cake: he was allowed to wonder loose in the garden. By the way, we have reasons to think that our Beagle had found his way to Alison’s kitchen. If there is a “pet-friendly’ label for properties, then “La Casita” should have its 5*. Just paradise: we have enjoyed our stay ! San Diego is close to main spots of activities, on the slope of a hill which provides a plunging view to the Mediterranean Sea, and the famous Rock. This is an address to recommend.

Feel at home

You arrive and immediately feel at home, also thanks to the warm welcome by James and Alison. The flat has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is tastefully arranged. Also, there is a swimming pool and a nice garden area available for everyone. Once you found out how to get there, you will have access to a lovely wind-sheltered(!) beach where you - at least in the winter period - hardly meet any others. There are no security issues; any car can be easily parked right in front of the entrance to the apartment. And, in fact, that's what you'll need: a car, because there is hardly any other way to get around. People looking for stillness and don’t mind to drive shopping or to attend some restaurant by car are absolutely recommended to have a stay here.

Hemos pasado una semana excepcional. Tanto James como Elison son súper amables y aunque compartes con ellos terreno en ningún momento coincides con ellos. Es recomendable ir.

endroit calme securisant et reposant

la casita et un endroit ou l on se sent bien et chez soi; les montagnes derrieres la mer devant que demande de plus. securisant par la proximite de james (toujours disponible). et la propriete fermee.situe dans un quartier residentiel l acces a l autovia et relativement facile avec l autoroute a proximite pour visiter seville malaga cordoue grenade gibraltar pour les ville a 2h30 de route sinon les plages a proximite on peux y aller a pied(l eau et froide , la piscine et plus chaude que la mer) mais il y a des rochers pour plonger.l accueil de james et sa femme est super,ne pas hesiter a leur demander le moindre renseignements.la casita sur la photo c est la maison du fond une terrasse nous est reserver avec barbecue pour ceux que cela interesse devant la piscine .nous mangions systematiquement a l exterieur.c est une region venteuse mais nous sommes relativement proteger dans le jardin.commerce a proximites et le port de la duchesse est mignon.marbella et les golfs et le port lacustre ne sont pas loin il y a de la place sur les plage pour tout le monde. l anglais de james pour moi francais me convenait car il parle lentement.je vous conseil aussi le road trip dans les montagnes avec les chateaux a decouvrir. de merveilleuse vacances et un gout de reviens y. (voiture indispensable) a bientot peut etre! rv et jo.l and impossible mission

Wonderful home for a big group. We all appreciated having our own space.

James and Alison are excellent hosts. There are lots of little touches that are very thoughtful. Having toiletries in the bathrooms was a real bonus. We loved the different sitting areas and it was great to have an area by the pool that we could sit under a shady canopy. Any questions we had about anything were promptly answered. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Lovely spacious Villa with beautiful view of the Sea. Peaceful and Relaxing

Wow! What can I say. As soon as we got there we were blown away by the beautiful villa set in a stunning location with a lovely big swimming pool and immaculate gardens. James and Alison were very warm and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble for them even to the point where when we got a nail in the car tyre James sorted it out for us which in our minds was over and above the call of duty so thank you James. We had a beautiful 2 week stay. There were lots of supermarkets for us to shop for food if we wanted to stay in and when going out Puerto de la duqesa had lots of places to eat. We spent many an hour by the pool set in a beautiful and private garden. It was so peaceful and relaxing. The villa itself was very clean and spacious. We have had a great holiday, definitely somewhere we would love to go to again.

Beautiful spacious villa

Very spacious Villa with a lovely big pool, although we were a bit unlucky to have had very windy days we were lucky to have sun in the pool all day until 8 pm. James and Alison are a lovely couple which were there for us if we needed anything and came to clean the pool twice a week and say hello, thanks James and Alison, Aleksandra will miss you. Comfortable beds and big rooms, my daughter loved the jacuzzi, air con in every room and my mother loved her apartment next to us. Supermarkets are plenty around the area and also lots to do. Could have stayed longer, take care 😊👍🏻

Beautiful spacious and stylish villa

My extended family and I had a magical,relaxing week in James and Alison's stunning villa! James and Alison were extremely friendly,warm and accommodating before we even arrived. The villa is beautiful! Private, sea views, a wonderful sense of style and beautifully clean. It was perfect for my group-my parents, my 4 siblings and my husband and I with our three kids, aged 4 to 12. The layout was wonderful as the 2 apartments allowed us to have some space to ourselves in such a big group. The pool is a great size with plenty of sun loungers and outdoor seating to soak up the sun in the beautiful garden. There was sun all day on the pool which meant we were able to use it lots throughout the day and the garden had plenty of space for bat and ball etc. The kitchen and outdoor bbq and dining area were perfect for long lunches and relaxing bbq dinners with local supermarkets a short drive away. On James' recommendation we enjoyed plenty of wonderful meals out in the nearby restaurants on the beach. There are lots of interesting trips to take around the area. The beaches nearby were beautiful, we found out favourite with rocks for jumping off into the sea! What a wonderful villa!

Exceptional property, quiet location , relaxing

I was blown away when we pulled up to the villa, beautiful location, quiet and the property itself was gorgeous, lots of room, and the owners went out of their way to help us settle in as much as they could. I would totally recommend and hope to book again in the future!

Spacious villa near Sotogrande

The villa was spacious and fully met our expectations. Everything within the property was as described and supermarkets and amenities were within easy reach (5 min by car). The villa is within easy reach of Estepona and Gibraltar, as well as nearby Sotogrande and Du Quesa. The only minor negative factor regarding driving was having to drive past the villa on the dual carriage way in order to turn round at the next roundabout to access the small urbanisation. Crossing the main road was also a factor and led to us driving to the nearby beaches rather than walking. The walk along a busy road without a proper pathway was unexpected and not suitable for younger children. However, this didn't detract too much from our holiday (although it could have been made clearer in the description) as we chose to use the car. On arrival, we were met by the owners who provided us with lots of information and gave us a full tour of the facilities. Everything was explained clearly. The villa and apartment were very clean and well-appointed, although we found the shower in the villa to be noisy. The provision of air con in every room was a delight. Of particular note was the American style fridge/freezer with ice maker and water dispenser, which negated the need to buy bottled water and was a big hit with the children. The outside area was perfect for our needs, with sun beds, a shaded area and outside eatery with BBQ facilities. It was quite windy whilst we were there, despite it being very hot. We would highly recommend the villa for a relaxing break. Minor additions we would recommend would be egg cups (we couldn't find any), WiFi in the apartment (particularly for teenagers using it!) and the use of a beach parasol and cool bag. Overall though, a lovely holiday villa with a fabulous pool which is ideal for family holidays. Many thanks.

Views of the sea and surrounding countryside are all around and specially designed seating areas allow for quiet moments to savor the peace and tranquility.The garden is wrap around and full of Mediterranean color and yet offers enough space to kick a football around or for kids to play hide and seek.The pool has safe steps leading into it allowing for peace of mind where children are concerned - floats and pool lilos are provided. With the sun on the pool all day the temperature of the water is perfect and during long evening meals on the terrace a splash around can still be enjoyed. For romantic evenings, switch on the pool lights, fire up the BBQ and sit back and enjoy the sound of the nightingales whilst sipping your favorite beverage. Take after dinner time to lie on the sun loungers and soak up the star laden sky and enjoy this wonderful part of the world.
