バスルームは最上階にあります。 トイレ、バスタブ付きシャワー、洗濯機があります。 衣服を保管するための大きなワードローブがあります。
家はキッチンの壁の小さな部分を隣の家と共有していますが、壁は厚くて断熱性が高いため、隣人からの騒音は聞こえません。 上にも下にも家はありません。プライバシーと静けさから、実際には一戸建ての家です。 隣人は一般的に外国人で、取引にはとても親切です。 多くは高齢者です。 この家とその場所は子供に最適です。

Wonderfull stay

Having breakfast outside while watching the sea and the sun coming up while the birds eat almost out of your hand, in the evening you see the lighthouse of the harbour of Estepona reflected on the wall, lots of sportive people and dog lovers walking along the beach. In the winter you can use the fire place. A very cosy house, we will come back!

Plage quasiment privée et calme

Logement agréable, bien équipé et fonctionnel. Accueil très sympathique de Maria. Situation exceptionnelle sur la plage peu fréquentée, ce qui est un plus. Vous pouvez profiter de la plage, de la terrasse,vous endormir bercé par le bruit des vagues et prendre votre petit déjeuner sur le balcon : vraiment génial ! Quelques dauphins peuvent traverser la baie! Nous garderons et partagerons cette adresse.

Ubicación ideal para quien le guste la playa y sin agobios

La ubicación excelente, frente a la playa y cerca de supermercados. Bajamos la puntuación por la limpieza, necesita una limpieza a fondo y tienen que renovar las camas. Mejoraría muchísimo la experiencia. La recepción muy fría y sin detalles. Lo cual nos ha decepcionado porque cuando contacté con Brian la impresión fue todo lo contrario.

Perfect for a quiet get away

Brian, the owner was very prompt at replying to all questions. Keys and any information was done efficiently. The house for me was perfect, right on the beach, but you do need a car to get about, although there's a bus which could be used. There are no restaurants or cafes within walking distance. I walked into Estepona along the beach, takes about an hour. Great space for a cosy holiday, summer or winter. Thanks Brian

Peaceful retreat

The property is in a perfect location right on the beach. It was well equipped and warm. We stayed for a winter break and it was very peaceful and just what we needed. The dogs loved the direct access to the beach.

A pie de playa pero toda la zona es de piedras

El alojamiento normalito, mejoraría la limpieza, y camas. Aunque está muy bien ubicado y es un plus escuchar y ver el mar, lo cierto es que toda la zona es una playa con piedras y es muy molesto caminar por ahí.

This had to be the very best experience I could imagine having in Spain. The house is well-situated on a lovely, quiet beach, away from the touristic settings of the larger towns. It was rare to see more than 2 - 3 people there at a time. The view of the beach and the sound of the waves from anywhere in the house was blissful. The unit was immaculate, and everything worked well. It included conveniences such as a washing machine, good hot water, excellent internet with a fast connection, nice sized refrigerator, toaster, blender, coffee machine, heater, excellent A/C, fan, lovely fireplace, and all of the pots, pans, and utensils needed to cook regular meals. The space is welcoming and comfortable, with plenty of light and yet still very private. The owner is fabulous in every way; communication was excellent. He is readily available and takes an immediate interest in any needs that come up, attending to them promptly and thorougly. The location is excellent, as it is close to shopping, and is just a ten-minute drive or bus ride into Estepona. From this location, it is easy to take day trips to Malaga, Marbella, Ronda, Gibraltar, and Granada. I highly recommend this rental, don't miss it. I enjoyed the peaceful two months I spent​ and was sorry when it came time to leave; I will be back!

Génial !!!!

Maison idéalement située, chaleureuse et confortable. Il y a tout l’équipement nécessaire. Vue magnifique de la fenêtre de la chambre. La terrasse est très agréable. La plage est à 20 secondes de la maison. Le calme et le silence du lieu sont très agréables. Quand nous sommes arrivées il faisait froid et Brian avait pris soin de mettre le chauffage. Merci à lui. (Et pour la bouteille de bienvenue également). Nous reviendrons avec joie si l’occasion se représente. Pour résumer nous avons passé une semaine extraordinaire dans un petit paradis.

"We spent 10 days at this house at the and of oktober and we loved it. The house was larger than we thought it would be and it had a real nice warm atmosphere. The kitchen was ok but we missed a mechanical hood above the cooker. The tableware was a mixed bag with only single pieces of everything. The living area was very comfortable with a big couch and a dinnertable. The bedroom was quite large with a big twin bed and a beautiful view on the sea. The terrace has sun from early in the morning to late afternoon. With all the sun the house would be very warm during the summer because there is no airconditioning. In the winter the house could be cold because there is no heating system available. This house is in the best part of Bahia Dorada 3. The appartment area looks a little devastating but the area around this house is beautiful with lovely flowers and trees. It realy was a perfect place for the two of us so we left with pain in our hearts. "

"A very comfortable house, with a spectacular view! Each morning we watched from our bed the sun-rice at sea. no noise, you hear just the sea, birds and insects. Nice pool. You need a rental car, but then you are able to visit the area. At the coast or inland, there is a lot to discover (buy a good gide for the area)"

This house captivated us the first time we saw it. Its location right in front of the beach, without streets in front, just a few meters of grass between us and the beach was and is unbeatable. In this house we have always slept accompanied by the beautiful noise of the waves breaking on the beach. Apart from this 'whisper' the silence is total. Also, in winter, the sun rises from the sea just in front and the whole interior of the house is bathed in light. The cold is unknown in this area, but it is so nice to light the fireplace at night in winter and chat or read in front of the flames. We live in Barcelona but we escape whenever we can to Bahia Dorada. Even for a long weekend of just 4 days it's worth it.
One of the greatest pleasures in summer is to get up and before breakfast, leave directly from the house to the beach and dive into the water. If the wind is from the west especially, the water is crystal clear, almost impossible to clear, very fresh and full of small fish. You return to the terrace of the house and with the hose you shower outdoors.
The beach deserves a separate mention. It is long, but access a bit complicated for the public that comes by car from the main road. Result: - there are almost no people on the beach. It's like it's a private beach. In fact, with discretion, you can bathe naked if you feel like it, nobody is going to bother you.
I am a teacher of English in different companies in Barcelona (for more than 30 years) and although I live in Sitges, a small and beautiful city just south of Barcelona, ​​my job forces me to be surrounded by noise and intense traffic every day. the great city. Bahia Dorada is our hideaway, our little paradise where you can indulge in a deep 'relax', to recover your strength before returning to work. We always go back to Barcelona and Sitges with a lot of pain.

We like Andalucia and its people very much. The Andalusians are open, friendly as anyone, and very cheerful. They make you feel really comfortable. The landscape is privileged. It has everything; forests, rivers, beaches, rugged peaks, trails, white villages full of history and charm. All this is near our house. When we think about it, everything we like in life is there, and in this we include food. The fresh fish that arrives every day from the fishing fleet of the port of Estepona is delicious and cheap.

The great advantage of this house is with all security its situation in front of the beach and the sea. There are not many places in the whole Costa del Sol with such a privileged location. The absence of noise, roads and traffic makes it very special. For children it is an unbeatable place. They can be playing in the gardens or on the beach without parents having to worry about them all the time. In fact, from home you can see them on the beach easily.
