Great little beachside apartment

Overall a good stay,loved the area and would definitely come back. The parking is difficult,unless you have a tiny car. We found it difficult to get in and out of the courtyard where you can park. The apartment was also quite difficult to find when we got there.

Location hyper bien située. A 2mn à pied de la plage. Tous les commerces à proximité. Parking privé. 2 clim très intéressantes par cette canicule. Je recommande vivement. Un accueil très sympathique. Tristes de repartir.

Nice seaside-appartment

Very nice host, a clean and comfortable appartment with a well equipped kitchen for 3-4 persons. A parking opportunity in the backyard (quite narrow though). Everything fine!

Très fonctionnel avec un excellent emplacement

Très bonne communication du début à la fin, excellent emplacement près des bars et restaurants du Moulleau et à deux pas de la plage. Possibilité de se garer dans une cour intérieure.

Nice Apartment in Le Moulleau

The apartment is on the upper floor of a small mixed-use building with 3-4 other units. The building is is about 150m from the beach, which is not overcrowded with calm water. There are several restaurants and shop in short walking distances. The apartment photos are representative and the unit is well lit and well equipped (dishes, essential supplies). The owner is engaging and attentive. A clothes washer is available on request. The parking is challenging for a larger vehicle. It is located in a small lot behind the building with a narrow access channel. Due to beach use, the floors of the unit can get a bit sandy. The beds are IKEA (or similar) beds with basic mattresses and slats. Despite the building being on a main road, the apartment is surprisingly quiet.

Séjour très agréable dans ce logement pratique et bien situé

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine sur le bassin, en grande partie grâce à ce petit appartement, joli, propre et pratique. Prestations de très bonne qualité pour accueillir 2 adultes et 2 enfants (4 & 7 ans). Bonne entente avec la propriétaire agréable et attentionnée. Le parking fermé est très appréciable dans ce lieu très fréquenté. Nous recommandons chaleureusement.

Séjour impeccable, superbe localisation

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Appartement très bien placé, fonctionnel et très bon accueil de notre hôte.. Manoeuvres un peu délicate au niveau du parking mais l'utilisation de la voiture reste très limitée de toute manière

Just a few meters from a wonderful sandy beach

We stayed for four nights in Chantals appartment. It was a wonderful experience. The sandy beaches are just a few meters away and so are the restaurants. We rented bikes and went twice up to Dune du Pilat, which is about 4 kilometers from the appartment. The best way to explore the fantastic nature is by bike and if you are a fan of beautiful sunsets a visit to the Dune du Pilat is a must! You can rent bikes at a company near the appartment. You can also go by boat to the Cap Ferret from the nearest pier. The appartment has everything you need, inkluded a dishwasher. Bathroom very modern and has a good shower. It is easy to communicate with the owner. We can highly recommand this place!

Un apartamento decorado con mucho gusto.Ideal para una familia con dos niños.

Situado a 150m de la playa, en una zona con bares y restaurantes de calidad y algunas tiendas, pero a la vez tranquilo. Merece la pena, sin ninguna duda.
