Great stay

House was small but we didn’t need much. Just a clean place to lay our heads after a long day of fun outside! The house had beach towels, laundry detergent which was so nice! We really enjoyed our stay and would def stay again!

Wonderful

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! It had everything you need: laundry detergent, beach towels, bathroom essentials, plenty of A/C, kitchen utensils, and more. Just a short walk from the beach, surfboard rentals, and a yoga resort. Highly recommend!

Magical

This was our second time staying at this property and we just love it. My kids absolutely love the loft the most! The beds are extremely comfortable and we got great night sleeps each night. The house has everything you need including a well stocked kitchen and bathroom. There is a great laundry area and it has wonderful air running throughout the home. It is a 2 minute walk to the beach and a great place for surfers to stay ! There is an outdoor shower for rinsing off and easy access to anywhere on the south side of town. We can’t wait to stay here again

Like a beach house in the states!

I have stayed in many different types of hotels, hostels and houses in Costa Rica over the last 25 years. This one is hands down the nicest! It has amenities like beach houses we have stayed at in the States. The washer and dryer are SO convenient. The AC freezing cold. The kitchen well equipped and the shower with steaming hot water. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Our kids loved the loft and having their own space. It was about a 5 minute walk to the beach entrance which was SO lovely. If you plan to surf in the area, make sure to check out Andrew at INTI surf school. And if boogie boarding is your thing, Coconut Harry's was super chill and affordable. I would recommend Al Chile and El Chivo (playa pelada) for dining options. Sofia with Alba Properties was so helpful in recommending local vendors and activities. If you plan to stay in Nosara area, this is THE place to stay!

Ok place to stay...

This property is in a great location - close to the beach. It is attractive inside. However Nosara is a very busy location now with construction everywhere. This property is close to the road so it was very noisy during the day. Despite repeatedly being told someone would meet us, no one showed up. The property is not marked at all but we eventually found it on our own. It was tidy and clean and cleaning staff even came in once during our stay although it was not included in the listing. There was no coffee maker and the safe didn't work, but the property manager eventually corrected both. There were two large bikes stored in the living room when we arrived. We were told we they were not for our use so eventually someone came and took them out at our request.

This place is cute and clean. It's pretty tight for a family a 5. Perfect if you're spending most of your time at the beach and restaurants. Owner is very responsive and helpful. Thanks!
