Enjoy in a 3 min walk amazing sunsets by the beach or just jump in the ocean.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, 1 queen size bed and one single bed.
A desk, closet and smart TV. Shared pool and workout area to enjoy your holidays. High speed internet.
Nosara offers an unparalleled balance between relaxation and active living.
Monkeys, squirrels and birds come sometimes to visit.
It’s located a short walking distance to the best restaurants in the area: La Luna, El Chivo and Il Peperoni.
You can get around walking. If you want to go a little far you get in a tuk tuk, that are little taxis that drive around for $8 $7.

This was a great little spot to extend our stay when we couldn't get back home because of snow. It is in a great location in Playa Pelada. It is very close to the beach and restaurants and has a nice private little pool.

Perfect stay in a great location. Clean spacious and lovely - close to the beach and to great coffee and bites. I’d comeback again for sure - the hosts were so kind and accommodating

The apartment was spotless and well-appointed, spacious, comfortable, and just right. The pool - steps away in the courtyard - was a perfect and relaxing way to start and end our beach days. Hosts Mari and Maria were delightful and their communication was quick and responsive. We had some minor technical issues that were quickly and completely resolved. Highly recommended!

This apartment was great. Very clean. The building itself was set up like a little resort, with an exercise area, observation deck, well maintained pool. Culd not ask for more.

fantastic host, beautifull house

great House, very friendly and helpful Host. fantastic garden and pool, fast internet, well equipped kitchen. Monkeys in the surrounding trees, <10min walk to the beach. We felt very welcome and would book it again.

Great location & great host

We loved the location of this VRBO as it was indeed walking distance to the beach 10 minutes in the heat & on the hill. It was quiet and pretty and it had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor showers for getting off salt, sand, and lots of dust. Access to a washer/dryer was nice, the pool was very cute, and we didn't need any more space as it was just the three of us and all we did there was shower and sleep and make coffee.The AC works but doesn't get "American cold" -- to be expected. The bathroom was a little funky smelling but with Costa Rican plumbing and the jungle humidity, I think this is also to be expected. Mari was so so great! Gave us all the info we needed (and I referred to it often) and was responsive when I had a couple questions. She is kind and relaxed and welcoming.The property felt very safe, and very special. Our own little corner of the jungle for a few days! I'd recommend this stay for the value, especially if you're spending most of your time out and about. We loved it!
