Beautiful city/Uncomfortable living
The manager was very rude to me and my friends. Very arrogant and did not care to listen to the issues that we had. The Living room AC leaked heavily after several minutes being on. None of the 3 bathrooms had hot water, so we had to walk over to the adjacent apartment to use the showers. We couldn’t keep our doors open, because the main door downstairs did not lock, which hindered our experience. Several times random people walked up to the apartments when our doors were open, so we did not feel secure. We couldn’t share the space freely as we intended.
In addition the left apartments washing machines did not work so we had to go to the other apartment. The right apartment was so much more modern than the left apartment. Much more upgraded and the advertisement is extremely misleading.
When you travel abroad, you want to feel safe and have a manager that’s attentive and not rude. We chose to just suck it up rather than deal with him. Fix the doors, the leaking ACs and the broken door. Waste of money!
