Cool place with great location. Serious potential a little dated but maintenance was terrible

Elevator broke twice with us on it. The keys to the property half did not work. We couldn’t locked out outside gate or bedroom doors.

In order to leave a review like that, you should have first told me the host. Not once did he reach out to me. Because if he did I would have taken care of it. He is leaving out. He had Two connecting penthouses. 6 bedrooms. Two hot tubs including one monster. 2 and half blocks from lleras. All for under or about $45 a bedroom ? No fee for guests. This is what he should have wrote in his review. Not about a key that didn’t work. Anyway to others. It’s perfect spot for up to 12 people and if you write me there’s a issue I’ll address it.

Great location

I will try to give an adequate review, the property itself its very central 1 block from El Poblado Park, supermarket right across from it. We rented two penthouses for our group of 11. Spacious? Yes, rooms are a bit small other than the main one but you make do; ea bedroom has its own bathroom.... now... the bathrooms were a situation; water would back up in the shower, so you would be bathing up to ankle deep dirty water (in 2 of the bathrooms), if one person was taking a shower in one bathroom you wouldn't get enough hot water in the other bathroom. One of the rooms had clearly mold on the walls; there was a humidity smell all through both apts. The AC, unit work in 4 of the rooms, the other ones would never could down the apt; so be ready to be a bit hot in pm/early evening. Could be because the building is on a corner and gets constant sunshine; however WE WERE HOT, you get used to it eventually. Overall pricing vs space and convenience really cant be beat, but the properties definitely need some tender loving and through cleaning.

Just as advertised

This was our first time to Columbia. Barry, the manager was very responsive to all our emails and texts before and during the rental. We had 6 couples and it was very comfortable with access to both roof tops. The roof top has great views from either deck and it was nice to be able to move to either one get out of the sun in the morning or at sunset. One of the things that sold us on this condo was the video of all the rooms and bathrooms. Everyone liked having their own. This condo is in a great location for walking to everything around this area. There is a big grocery store just across the street that has all the alcohol and food you should need. Every Sunday the street closes for runners and bikers in the morning till around noon. Fun to rent bikes and ride the street. Bedrooms with windows where very noisy at night and sounded like the windows where wide open but they were not. I would highly recommend earplugs and that should solve the problem. Also there are about 3 flights of stairs to get to Bedroom level then one more flight to kitchen and rooftop. Door locks are a bit tricky to open if you are just handed a key and try to get in. Make sure everyone gets checked out on locks before you leave. Everyone had a great time for 4 nights...

David thanks for plesently surprising us. David was here during some of the worst rain. Even my own houses roof leaked. He cleaned up after it. One of the TVs he let me know cable box got fried from storm. We fixed it. Thank you so much for this. Your a ace.
