Beautiful Beach and Pool

Great location

Overall this property was great! Just a few minor things. A few lights bulbs were out in one of the baths which made the shower very dark. The master bedroom is considered the room with the two beds. We didn’t realize that. The coffee pot was broke. I was told they’d bring a new one but we never received one. In some condos there’s been leftover salt, pepper, seasonings. This one had nothing. Washer & dryer worked great! Double sliding doors on the balcony was so nice! Games & cards were in the room and we enjoyed those the day a storm came through. Overall would definitely recommend!!

Good location- condo as described

Condo was nice, was described. WiFi doesn’t work good at all though. Cable is pretty spotty too but we were there for the beach anyway. Anyone staying there will need to bring TP, PT, bar soap, hand soap and dish detergent. Overall was a good stay. Wouldn’t necessarily go back to Panama City though- not as nice as other gulf coast cities.

We apologize for the wireless Internet not working well. Sometimes when several units are using the same provider, the speed of the Internet is slower than expected. Housekeeping normally provides only a certain amount of such items as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent, and linens. Guests must provide any other items needed during their stay. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Tammy, please accept our apology for the construction, sliding glass door, and the kitchen not being stocked better in this two-bed/two-bath beachfront condo in Edgewater Beach & Golf Resort. As mentioned on Vrbo and Real Joy websites, "*there is construction currently taking place at the Edgewater Resort.*" We unfortunately have no control over such an issue at any resort similar to Edgewater. We appreciate you making us aware of the need for more kitchen supplies and the sliding glass door not functioning properly. We will have these issues resolved. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Nice location and stuff to do BUT you should know

The property is in building 3 which is closest to the beach. Unit is good layout and space is good for 2 adults and 2 kids The property is in need of some repairs and general clean up. Overall property is clean but run down. It is nice location and good beachfront but unit itself needs some attention. Some examples: both shower doors are not properly attached and can fall off easily (one did) I put it back in track but rails are loose and will certainly fall again. Both showers need updated Screendoor and sliding door need work done - very hard to keep on tracks and open and close. Kitchen is ok but very small. Worked fine for the 2 of us but if there were more people it would be difficult. Ice maker never worked but no big deal because we purchase ice anyway. The most challenging thing was the tents on the beach. The resort allows people to set up beachfront tents - there were no less than 40-50 tents - if you didn't have a tent you really struggled to find beach to put your chairs down. we had 2 small children so it was tough as they would run into tent pegs and strings all day trying to get to the water. Check out the pics on the resort website - you can see the beach with all the tents. We love the beach and will continue to go every year twice. Doubt we will stay with this resort again no due to the unit but the beach crowding. This is not the unit owner's issue but it was difficult and we are pretty laid back people. Like is said we will continue to go to PCB we love it - we just will stay in a more quiet rental. If you like lots of people and activity - this is your resort

Great Vacation!

This was a great property. Very clean, friendly and convenient! Easy access to the pools and beach! Loved having Edgies and Oceans Bar and Grill on the property. Great food and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We plan to come back next year!

Convenient to beach and beachside restaurant. . .

Really appreciated the rental company’s help with every detail!! The unit was clean and perfect for two friends who needed separate bedrooms. The view from the condo was amazing!!

Old, worn out condo

Food left in fridge from previous renter. Front door lock broken for 2 days until maintenance could change it. Moldy showers. Out dated, worn out condo.

According to our records, you called us about the door late on Sunday afternoon 6/14 (the day after your check in) and we sent a tech to the condo to install a new strike plate on the front door the next morning. We wish you'd let us know you were unhappy about other items so we could have corrected them for you. This isn't our typical guest experience and we can do better.
