Great time, but be advised of “allocation on arrival”
The resort is beautiful and location is great for family getaway. I do wish the description of renting was more clear. Resort Rental Pros use “allocation on arrival” which means you don’t necessarily get the unit that you think you’re renting on VRBO. It was also unclear to me who was in charge of assigning the unit- the resort or Resort Rental Pros.
I made my views on this process known to Resort Rental Pros and to the Wyndham. They tried to make it right, which I appreciated. We had a great room and a wonderful time.

Beware of False Advertising: NOT guaranteed a Deluxe One Bedroom
I advise anyone that is expecting to book a 1 Bedroom DELUXE condo to find another VRBO listing. I know that sounds strong, but you don’t want this headache.
This company (to save timeshare points) requests Standard 1 Bedrooms at Club Wyndham, expecting to get the upgrade to a deluxe suite. A standard 1 bedroom is an interior room (meaning the only window you have is to a hallway), a kitchenette, no balcony, and no jacuzzi. Big difference to what you see in this listing!
When I got to my room, I immediately called the Wyndham front desk to confirm what type of room was requested by the timeshare owner. Kennedy confirmed that what was requested for me was NOT a 1 Bedroom Deluxe Suite, but a standard 1 bedroom. So, then I called Resort Rental Pros, because I thought that there had to be a mistake. Why would you make a VRBO posting that says “Deluxe 1 Bedroom” and say in the details that you could get upgraded, but not mention that you could be downgraded? Also, why would you post pictures of the Deluxe Suite floor plan if that’s not what is to be expected?
When I called Resort Rental Pros, I was told that the ONLY guarantee that I should’ve expected was that it had 1 bedroom, because of “allocation upon arrival that Wyndham does.” When I said that the room that was requested was a standard 1 bedroom instead of a deluxe, I was told that it was Wyndham that did it and that I needed to call them. I even asked if she could call the front desk at Club Wyndham to sort it out (because I’m not the resort rental professional), and she would not. I was blown away at how casual they were to falsely advertise what type of room a paying customer would stay in.
When I called Wyndham back to ask about this “Allocation upon arrival” that was mentioned so many times by Resort Rental Pros, I was told that it doesn’t exist at Club Wyndham. She said that the reason I got the type of room that I got was only because Resort Rental Pros requested a standard room instead of a deluxe room, and Club Wyndham gave them what they requested on behalf of me. Obviously when you arrive, Wyndham assigns you to a specific floor and room, but the type of room that you get (standard 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom oceanfront, etc.) is based on what is requested by the timeshare owner.
Unless you’re feeling lucky, I recommend not booking.
