Hi Richard, Thank you for taking the time to review your recent stay. We’re happy to hear that you found the home clean, comfortable, and a good fit for your stay. We sincerely apologize for the difficulties you experienced accessing the unit. For context, Key Cafe instructions and images were emailed a week prior to your arrival and were also accessible in the guest portal. These were also sent by text the day of arrival. Our 4:00 pm message was intended to let you know the home was ready whenever you arrived. We’re very sorry that this timing caused confusion and that locating the Key Cafe proved challenging. We understand how frustrating this must have been after a long day of travel. Additionally, we apologize for the delay in delivering a backup key and getting the unit open for you. Please know that all of your calls were either promptly answered or returned as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience as we worked as quickly as possible to resolve the situation. We regret that this issue impacted your stay, but we truly appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve both our communication and guest experience. Your input is invaluable in helping us enhance our service, and we remain committed to delivering a five-star experience to all future guests. All the best, The Outpost Team
