MINIMUM AGE: 25!! SORRY NO PARTY GROUPS -NO BACHELOR OR BACHELORETTE PARTIES!!!
This condo is under new ownership July 2020! Freshly decorated with a superior view of the Lake! We are located just off South Osage Beach Parkway near the Grand Glaize Bridge in a secluded quiet cove in the heart of Osage Beach within a 62-unit condominium complex. We manage several other condos in the complex should you need more than one. By water we are at the one mile marker of the Grand Glaize Arm which is off the 19 mile marker of the main channel.
Walking in from the parking lot you will find no steps, just a slight step up at the front door. The living room has a full size sofa and love seat. The sofa does not pull out but you could certainly bring bedding for someone to sleep on the sofa or even the carpeted living room floor. There is a flat screen TV in the living room with Spectrum cable TV and internet. Electric fireplace, no gas or wood. Sliding glass door leads to the covered deck.
The bedroom has two full sized beds and leads to the full bathroom where there are plenty of shelves and hooks for everyone's belongings! There is a sliding glass door from the bedroom to the covered deck as well. The kitchen is equipped with all your basic cooking needs for a weekend to week long stay.
The condo has a 24 foot covered private deck with table & 4 chairs and an out-door fan. This unit does not have a washer/dryer but the laundry mat is just across the road should you have an extended stay.
Boat slip option, please inquire at booking if it's available. 10x24 $40/night.

Great getaway

This was the perfect spot for my short getaway to write and have a little R&R. I enjoyed sitting on the patio to work while watching the boats on the lake. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets were an added bonus!

Balcony view was spectacular. On that particular road a lot of businesses have shut down but there seems to be some revitalization coming.I would like directions to work the television - that would be most helpful. I hope to come back next year to the same property.

Weekend Getaway

We were super impressed with this property!! It was a short drive to everything we wanted to go to/needed. We booked on a short notice for Memorial Day weekend and the property manager answered any and all questions we had! We would stay here again!

Lake get away

The condo we booked had no water due to lightning hitting the water pump, manager moved us to a different location and it was very nice , clean and Great Lake view .

Great location

Beautiful condo with easy access and a great view. Lots of room and amenities. It was close to lots of entertainment and shopping. Very convenient. I would stay again.

Girls getaway

Perfect space for two, we were down for a bachorlette party and everyone was kinda scattered as far as accommodations but we were very centrally located to all the “spots” we visited. Condo was clean, and just as listed… would stay again!
