BEAUTIFUL CABIN

This place was amazing! Scenic, Quiet, Secluded. If you want to escape reality this is the place you need to go! I gave a 4 out of 5 stars because of some discrepancies that we left a note on the table about Other than that we absolutely loved this cabin and will definitely rebook!

Wedding

We came for a wedding. We are already talking about coming back for a longer stay! There are beautiful views and so much to enjoy! Fishing, kayaking, hiking, wildlife, etc. We recommend this place and the cabin is clean and beautiful!

Family Mountain Getaway

Myself, my two children (19 & 21) and my parents stayed here to attend a family wedding @ Nantahala Wedding Venue. It was a beautiful & spacious cabin conveniently located near the venue. My parents have some medical issues and this was perfect with no stairs! We loved the wrap around porch with swings and hot tun! 10/10 recommend!

This cabin has everything you need for a wonderful stay. Owner is always very helpful and communicative. We choose this cabin year after year as a fishing getaway.

Great cabin!

What a great place to stay! The cabin was perfect for our family. It is just a beautiful property, super clean, and a great location. This was our first trip to this specific area, and we loved the location! The cabin was so close to the marina and just a 30 minute drive into Andrews for dinner. Shane was great to work with and answered all my questions immediately.

Nantahala Stay

We would definitely return to this property in the future. The location is quiet and secluded which is what we look for when we visit the mountains. It was very clean, newly updated, and extremely comfortable. All in all it was an excellent visit!

Beautiful cabin. Wonderful location.

We were visiting for a wedding nearby and accommodation options were limited. We got lucky with this cabin though. It was beautiful, spacious and the most comfortable beds. Communication with the owner was excellent and we would definitely stay here again

Large Cabin in the Woods

The cabin was pleasantly larger than expected. Very nice and comfortable. Host was great. Be prepared that cell service is a bit spotty in this area. Worked great with the cabin internet service.

Beautiful and peaceful

The place was beautiful with plenty of room to sit back and relax. We did have some issue with cell service but that is no fault of the owner they provide WiFi but we just were not always able to connect. We really enjoyed the time we spent there.

Wedding week

Very nice, quiet, beautiful place for family gatherings. Equipped with everything you need. Just bring food and personal hygiene. Beautiful porch around the house with outdoor fireplace, chairs table and a hammock for relaxing. Host very accommodating. Will stay here again.

Clean, easy access & owner is great!

We were there for a Famliy wedding. Convenient location for Nantahala Wedding Venue! Had a senior with dementia and the place was very well laid out for her to have no problems walking around inside or in the lovely porch. Kitchen is very well laid out and had everything! Could not have been more pleased, from the cleanliness to the comfort of the bed! Shane is great to communicate with, too!

Excellent!

The cabin was immaculate. Very easy to find and easy to access. Shane was available but fortunately we had no issues. I still contacted him to tell him how happy we were and his responses were immediate. We will definitely be back for a repeat. We loved our stay!

What a wonderful getaway!

First of all, the photos of this property do not do justice to how nice it is. The bedrooms are all very nice and cozy. The kitchen is spacious and has everything you need to make and serve meals. The wraparound porch is where we spent most of our time when we were home, enjoying the fresh summer air. We had to bring our own firewood for the outdoor fireplace, but that wasn't too bad. It is a bit or a ride back into town if you forget something. It is just a few minutes from the lake though, and we were able to go fishing every single day. We will definitely be coming back if the circumstances are right. Lake Nantahala is a beautiful getaway and this cabin is perfect for a several-day stay in the woods by the lake.
