Roman Estates is gated with two-story condos surrounding tennis/pickleball courts, a pool at each end with two recreation buildings (thus, patios have a view of neighbors’ patio) containing clean laundry room, work-out room, sauna. Plus, another section with a pool table, etc. One parking space per unit. The grounds are well kept. Our bottom floor condo #21 was exactly like the pictures shown online. It is close to parking, mailboxes, garbage, and recycling. It has well-stocked kitchen utensils, good refrigerator and microwave, linens, TV with lots of options: Spectrum, Netflix, etc. Also, Google Home in every room. The Internet was good. The patio is tiny tiny tiny, seats two people at best, no view. We hope the owners have fixed some problem areas. None of the closet doors shut properly. The mirrored Master bedroom doors were taken off and leaned against the wall because the tracks were improperly installed. The dishwasher was a gunky mess. Disgusting. The maintenance person tried to clean the filter; he was aghast at its condition. Dishwasher needs to be replaced. We had to bleach all the silverware, glasses, dishes, before we could use them, so much grim, food, residue on them. We washed our kitchen items by hand. The floor in the living/dining room is maybe laminated wood. This floor, in the center of the room, reached the temperature of 89 degrees. It is hot. Makes the room hot! Maintenance person was concerned. Something is amiss. Can’t control this heat coming from under the floor. The condo is wood and carpet over slab cement. We hope the condo owners buy a new dishwasher and fix the closet doors. But we wouldn’t rent again because of the heated floor. Too uncomfortable with the uncontrollable floor heating the room. We also think each bedroom should have a dresser for clothes and working lamps on the bedside tables in two of the bedrooms. The master bedroom and generous bath room is on one side of living area with the two bedrooms and a very tiny shared bathroom on the other.
