Make yourself at home in this beautiful two bedroom, two bath. This is a desirable upper end unit in an ideal location for rest and relaxation in our desert paradise. Southwest Mountain Views from living room and primary bedroom. This condo has all of the modern comforts of home and is ideally located in the back of the complex near to the pool.

Find joy in this colorful, cozy condo with a pool view from the living room balcony. There is a BBQ grill conveniently located on the balcony as well.

Amenities on site: high speed internet and work station, including monitor to easily connect your laptop. Tennis Courts, WIFI, Propane BBQ, Stacked Washer/Dryer in unit, Gated, 1,175 sqft

Mesquite Country Club offers tennis and all the amenities you'd expect, while situated in the “wind-free south end” of Palm Springs and just minutes from shopping and restaurants. Well maintained and well kept condo in a great location. Enjoyed hiking in the preserve next door- swam in the pool-and the kitchen was well equipped.

We enjoyed our stay. The master bedroom was large and updated. The bed was super comfortable. We loved the balcony’s and the convenience of a washer and dryer. The kitchen is a bit dated but had what we needed. The only downfall was there was a faint “pet smell” in the condo. Other than that, it was great! The leasing agents were so friendly and helpful.

Yes. The pool was enjoyable. It would have been better if was more rectangular shape to facilitate lap swimming and if there was some permanent shaded areas to escape the intease sun. It was in the 90's and unseasonably warm for March.

The property exceeded our expectations! Very Clean. High Tech. Spacious. Safe. Loaded with all the everyday necessities one needs and then more. Enjoyed the decor. Comfortable seating. Perfect location. Close to downtown. Close to the airport but void of airplane noise. Would have given a 5/5 but you could hear roadway noise during day in guest room where the work space is. Also did not have access to the pool. The keys did not work and no reply from host when texted them about it. Fortunately it was too cold most days to use it. Finally, no check out instructions. After contacting the host was advised to drop keys off at rental office. Would have preferred drop off at on site drop box. Nevertheless, enjoyed our stay! Would stay again and absolutely recommend to others.
