35 m2 apartment on the 4th floor with elevator in a chalet-style architecture, overlooking the beautiful Puy De Sancy, in the heart of the Massif Central. Close to all winter and summer facilities, restaurants and bars. An excellent location to use as a base to explore the surrounding countryside with its fascinating volcanic landscape.<br><br>Guests have access to a heated indoor pool, a pool table and a seating area in the main reception building. Wifi is free.<br><br>The apartment consists of: <br><br>- a living room composed of a BZ with a bed of 140x190 and a bed for 1 person.<br>- a fully equipped open kitchen with hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and microwave, toaster, raclette coffee maker, high chair........ baby crockery.<br>- a bedroom with a bed of 140x190, travel cot<br>- a bathroom with bathtub and baby bath<br><br>A ski locker and vehicle parking space in the basement.<br><br>Weekly rates: from 350 to 900 €<br>Weekend: from 200 to 300 €<br><br>The price includes electricity.<br>Bed linen and towels can be made available: book on the website: www.location-draps-serviettes-super-besse.fr<br><br>Possibility to rent for a week or more... or for a weekend on request<br><br>Small pets allowed with extra charge.<br><br>For more information you can contact us at: 06.81.12.29.03

Appartement bien situé, calme pendant notre séjour. Passage de la navette au pied de la résidence. 15 min à pied centre station.
