Located at the entrance to the resort of Super Besse, in a wooded condominium,
our apartment "La Luge 63" is a pleasant 2-room cabin of 36 m2 classified 2 ** for 4 people, facing south with a nice view of the Monts d'Auvergne.

Ideal for 4 people and a baby

On the first floor of an independent chalet, the apartment is composed as follows:

- a bedroom with a 140 cm bed and a dresser.

- a cabin area with bunk beds, closed by a sliding door to the living room. The high bed is not suitable for children under 6 years old.

- a living room opening onto the balcony, with a pull-out sofa offering an extra bed with two independent beds.

- a fully equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, induction hob, small 100 L refrigerator, microwave, mini-oven, kettle, classic and French press, toaster, raclette machine, hand blender),

- a bathroom with bathtub. Separate toilet.

- a balcony, with outdoor furniture available (a table, 2 chairs, 2 deck chairs)

- common parking at the foot of the chalet,
- a small closed ski locker at the foot of the chalet,

Equipment (vacuum cleaners, brooms) and cleaning products available.

We ask our guests to respect and take care of our accommodation, by making it clean and tidy as on arrival, complete kitchen area cleaned (equipment, accessories, dishes, furniture), garbage emptied.

A thorough cleaning, corresponding to the end-of-stay cleaning, is carried out between each traveler for your comfort.

Free Wifi only in the central building (living room) of the condominium. No Wifi in the accommodation.
A mobile internet key can be rented from the Tourist Office.

The accommodations are NON-smoking

Pets (1 only / dogs category 1 and 2 prohibited) are accepted after our agreement when booking, with an extra charge.

Services in the condominium: laundry, ski equipment rental.

Less than 800m from the heart of the resort (15 minutes from the resort without difficulty), and the ski lifts, restaurants, shops, cinema, wellness area, children's games, the Lac des Hermines....

In winter, free shuttles with a stop in front of the condominium (about every 10 minutes)

In the residence, everything is designed to make for a pleasant stay: heated swimming pool in July and August depending on the time and weather conditions, sauna (for a fee), relaxation lounge with free Wi-Fi access, games room (table football, billiards, pinball machines for a fee, etc.) accessible during the day during the opening period, outdoor picnic/barbecue area, petanque area.

The Super Besse resort, labelled Famille Plus Montagne, offers summer and winter many activities for the whole family and sportsmen of all levels, in addition to beautiful hikes, discoveries and visits to the nearby villages and lakes (Lac des Hermines a few minutes walk from the cottage with swimming in summer, pedal boats, aquatic area, fishing...)
