Great house!

Great house for our family of 6. Lots of space for us to spread out and many extras (pool toys, beach toys, towels etc) available for us to enjoy. Neighborhood is quiet and a it’s just a short drive to the beach.

Nice neighborhood, heated pool, responsive hosts!

We stayed in this house for a week with our 4 kids while on vacation. The host was super informative and prompt to answer questions. We greatly enjoyed the heated pool and spa. Pool was heated very comfortably for the cooler temperatures we had some days! The house was open and spacious, overall felt very clean, but the floors/rugs definitely could have been cleaner. The neighborhood seemed very quiet and pleasant, yet easy to get places. The house was stocked with basic items we needed.

Highly Recommend

The house is clean and was spacious for the four of us. The pool and patio was a fantastic and comfortable place to relax. Location is great. It's about a 12 minute easy drive to Siesta Beach and about 12 -15 minutes in the opposite direction to downtown Sarasota, St. Armand's, Lido Beach. Maybe it's nice to be very close to the beach for some, but we liked the ability to go home to a quiet and less crowded place with a private pool, and to get to multiple locations easily. Publix (grocery store), Trader's Joe's, Aldi, Walgreens, and pretty much anything you need is 5 minutes or less. Highly recommend!

The property management did not communicate with me for days after making a request

It was a great house, but it was advertised as having a heated pole and hot tub, the hot tub or the heated pool ever work the entire time we were there and we weren't even offered an apology or any compensation whatsoever. The owner then filed a claim that we smoked in the house no one in our group smoked Ever inside or outside they said that there was destroyed rugs and towels, and we had no towels or rugs that had any problems we put the towels all in the washer and wash them before we left so I saw no reason for a claim at all

Very enjoyable stay

The house is clean, spacious, and well lit! I came here with my parents and we all really enjoyed our stay. With the weather getting colder and there being a few chilly days during our stay the covered heated pool and outdoor sitting area was a huge bonus! The house is in a safe neighborhood close to everything you need: -15 minute drive to most beaches -10 minute drive to most grocery stores -10 minute walk to trader joes -10 minute walk to Walt's fish market, which is great because they never have parking. Larisa is very responsive. We got to Sarasota earlier than we planned and were able to check in early so that was very nice. The only things that would have made this stay even better would be: -Adjustable indoor thermostat (it was locked during our stay) -Adjustable hot tub settings. The hot tub automatically turns on 6pm-9pm but during the colder days it would have been nice to use for a little bit during the day and later at night a couple times when we got back late -The master suite bedframe was broken when we got to the house. We propped the legs up under the box spring but it was only sturdy enough to hold one person. Overall we were very pleased with everything and hope the home will be available again next time we visit! Thank you!

Beautiful House Quiet Neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay! We loved the spaciousness and all the amenities this home provided. We appreciated the cleanliness, organization and al the extras we were surprised to find that made our stay even more delightful. We felt right at home and we look forward to returning in the future.
