WELCOME TO KEY DREAMS! Newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with all brand new furnishings. LARGE HEATED POOL with screened lanai and plenty of outdoor seating for your enjoyment. New BBQ Gas Grill!
10 minutes from World Famous Siesta Key, 20 minutes to SRQ airport. World class restaurants and shopping just minutes away.

The home is located in the highly sought after Gulf Gate Estates. With a renovated and fully equipped kitchen for the chef in the family. All new high end appliances, oven, microwave, dishwasher and large french door refrigerator with front door water/ice and freezer. Kitchen also includes coffee maker, blender, toaster and everything you need for preparing your own meals.

There are 3 large sliding doors with access to the screened in lanai, from the kitchen, living room and main bedroom. The lanai has everything you would want for a relaxing vacation, a large 15x30 heated pool (see fees below), covered patio area, tables with 8 chairs, 2 lounge chairs with ottomans, 6 chaise loungers with tables. Pool floats & outdoor games. Pool area is full sun for the entire day.

Maximum Sleeping capacity is 8 - Maximum number of guests allowed in home is 8

Private Main bedroom - King Bed with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower

2nd Bedroom - Queen Bed

3rd Bedroom - Queen Bed

Pull out couch - Queen Bed

Full Bathroom 2 is located between bedrooms 2 and 3 - Tub/Shower

Small dogs under 20 pounds, $150.00 per stay fee. Only if approved by owner

Having a rental car is ideal, Uber is also available

Other amenities:
-All main floor living, no steps to navigate.
-2 dining areas and 2 large living areas with couch and chairs. Great for large families.
-5 Large flat screen TV's, with access to YouTube TV (In all bedrooms and both living areas)
-New washer and dryer, iron/iron board and high speed wifi.
-Shower towels, beach towels, hair dryer and bed linens included.
-Beach wagon and chairs
-Parking in garage for 1 vehicle, use of a remote for the rental period.

Home Rules:
-NO SMOKING OR VAPING ON PROPERTY, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE
-Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
-Booking guests must be at least 25 years old.
- No more than 8 Guests allowed in Home including Visitors.
-This is a quiet community, we ask that renters keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM

Fees:
Dog fee $150.00 per stay
Pool heating requires an extra $20.00 per day. Rate for monthly (28 nights) guests is $500.00.
Rentals longer than 2 weeks will require an additional cleaning, paid by the guest.

Fantastic property

Our family had a wonderful stay at this meticulously maintained home. The pool was a big hit with our school aged children, while we enjoyed the covered porch. A great location close to the beach and other local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Siesta Key Perfect Family Home

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Tim’s house. The house fit everyone comfortably and the pool was a big hit after a long day at the beach. The beach is about a ten minute drive, so location was great too.We will be back!!!

We absolutely love this gem of a home and vacation spot. It’s our 3rd time staying here and we will surely be back. The owner is responsive and friendly, and we appreciate the hospitality each time we visit. His communication is on point. The home continues to be clean and welcoming! We love morning coffee by the pool, the daily trips to the beach and the quiet neighborhood. Our kids get SO excited for this annual fall trip and talk about it all year round! See ya next year!

Perfect Sarasota Stay!

This was a great place to stay on our family vacation! Close to all our favorite spots in the area, restaurants, beaches, and shops. The pool was awesome and provided the perfect activity when the beach was too hot or crowded and we just wanted some calm and relaxing family time. Can’t wait to come back next time!

Ten stars for sure!!

This is our second family vacation in this home and it does not disappoint! I can’t say enough good things from the cleanliness to the comfortable beds, furnishings, stocked kitchen and amazing pool! On top of that the hosts are amazing and always respond almost immediately. Ten minutes from Siesta Key and all the fun, what more can you ask for?

Excellent Location

Very nice home, well equipped, clean plenty of room for our 6 adults and 2 children. Enjoyed the nice large pool. The neighborhood is very nice, easy access to getting where we wanted to go. The home owner was very nice and helpful. We would definitely rent this place again.

So nice! The pool was great to relax in at night. The house had everything we needed. It was very clean. Overall I would rent again. We loved our stay. It was within driving distance of everything we wanted to do. We visited 4 different beaches in the six days we were there. This was the first VRBO we stayed in and I am not sure we will find better, they set the bar high! Thanks!!

The property is just as pictured and in a perfect location. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to Siesta key and other popular areas. Amazing stay

This property is stunning. Lovely and clean, 2 living rooms so everybody can spread out. Fully equipped including bikes and beach toys and umbrellas, this place has everything you need and moreFrom a holiday villa. Location is ideal for siesta key but trying to get the kids out of the pool and through the front door was hard work! Tim is-was a great communicator and me and the familyCouldNotHave been happier with our vacation rental, thankyou so much!

Awesome stay

Super Sarasota Stay!

Loved this property for our family vacation! The home was clean, the pool was amazing, the beds were comfortable and Tim the host was quick to respond. There were 4 adults and two kids in our party and we had extra space. The house is in a quiet, nice neighborhood 10 minutes max from Siesta Key and has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Christmas Vacation

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It was a perfect location for a family who wanted to experience Siesta Key but not be right on Siesta Key. Easy to get to most attractions. We loved that the property had everything we needed. We enjoyed spending time in the pool and making dinner. The property also had everything we needed to go to the beach.

Excellent-Will Be Back!

What an excellent vacation spot! We are so grateful to have found this gem. We are frequent fliers to Florida and this is the best home yet. Home is clean, plenty of space and communication with owner is on point. The pool/patio area is enclosed and also fenced in to offer much more privacy-fantastic! Love the secure feeling of the home, neighborhood is lovely, zero concerns for our family. HIGHLY recommend!

Wonderful Experience

This family trip is a yearly occurrence for us. This was our second time at this location and we will be back. It’s perfect for our family, plenty of space, has all you need in the kitchen and a lovely relaxing patio/pool area. Highly recommend. Communication and promptness from owner is outstanding and greatly appreciated. It’s been a pleasure to stay at this location. Can’t wait til next year!
