Stress Induced Booking
Our 1st reservation with this company was canceled for by the owner so our family of 4 had to stay in a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom; they would not set aside a cot for us despite the hassle. They said we had to wait and request one at check in. Tried calling front desk day of about cot and they said same thing so we had to pack an air mattress. Management company can't add more than one guest name for check in so even though we weren't sure who would arrive first, we had to pick one person and couldn't change it. The management company sent me multiple texts at 3am, 1am, etc. despite me asking them not to text in the middle of the night. The grounds were nice but we were there just to sleep so we did not use the amenities. Despite multiple warnings from management and the owner about time share sales and them asking us to lie to the front desk about being friends with the owner, which we did not, we were only asked once about a timeshare session, we declined and were not asked again. The room was very dated and worn but there was a nice full size fridge and the bed was comfortable. We had no issues with wristband access or with pick ups and drop offs and the gate. The staff was nice and helpful. I would have given a more favorable review if management were more customer service focused. It was very stressful to communicate leading up to the trip. It seemed there were people in a different time zone making contacts that had no authority to make decisions or concessions.
