Nice condo facility, great view...that final hill tho
condo itself: Layout is fantastic. both bedrooms have direct access to a bathroom. kitchen layout fine. eating area and main sitting area were great. balcony was absolutely the highlight of the suite.
beds were mexico firm, aka possibly concrete. this is a very personal thing tho, we ended up buying and leaving a mattress topper in the main bedroom.
while the kitchen itself is nice, the amenities are pretty poor, and were quite dirty qhen we arrived. all the pots and pans were burnt on, the toaster was inexplicably missing. cutlery left a lot to be desired.
if your intent was to cook some meals at home. and only eat out occasionally, it would be challenging.
absolutely no kitchen basics/staples were included (salt/pepper, measuring cups/spoons, paper towel, etc)
perhaps we have just been spoiled at other locations, that had basics stocked/available?
all that being said, owner Richard was good tondeal with, and was very quick to respond
the concierge tho was pretty bad.
sometimes taking 2+ days to respond to messages. their "cleaning" was very sub-par. dirty towels, linens, etc left in washer and drier when we arrived. no soap, shampoos, conditioners stocked in the dispensers in both bathrooms. no laundry detergent for the facility either.
again, owner good, the proprty management team pretty lacking
all that being said, we really enjoyed our stay at the condo. really enjoyed the pools, and location
