One month stay
On line listing is slightly misleading, the photo from the kitchen shows a beautiful view of Banderas bay, but is now blocked by new construction, which of course produced a lot of noise during the day. Fortunately they respected the tennents and started work at 8 am.
The patio door lock was broken, and took a week to get replaced.
Elevator did not function to or from our condo, second floor was an inconvenience, but pool on top floor was an issue.
We lost internet for a couple of days.

The walk to the Melecon is about 6-8 minutes up and down a significantly steep cobbled stone street.
The condo is very well equipped with all kitchen appliances, except regular toaster.
Laundry facilities, gas cooktop, coffee maker etc.
3 televisions and comfortable beds.
Even a small tool kit for minor repairs which we did on occasion.
Overall a great place for younger folks, we are in our 70's.
