Nestled among stunning mountain views, this spacious three‑bedroom, three‑bathroom townhome offers a comfortable retreat for up to ten guests. Two king‑size beds, a queen, and two sleeper sofas provide plenty of sleeping space, while a private saltwater hot tub invites you to unwind after a day of exploring.

The living area features a cozy fireplace, perfect for gathering around in the evenings. A full kitchen equipped with stainless‑steel appliances and a convenient breakfast bar makes meal preparation easy and enjoyable.

Step outside to take in the panoramic scenery, or head down to the garage where a foosball table adds a playful touch for family fun. A dedicated laundry area ensures you have all the conveniences of home during your stay.

Please note: A minimum of 3 nights must be reserved.

**Ultra-premium Linens and Ivory White Bedding** Our ultra-premium linens feature oversized towels and high quality bed linens that have a subtle satin stripe pattern for a look of elegance. The ivory white bedding showcases a soft, white-striped duvet cover with a medium thick, high quality down alternative duvet. Featuring an uncompromising and industry leading standard of cleanliness, the duvet covers are laundered after every guest.

ENHANCED GUEST SERVICE: Rest assured that this home is professionally managed. We provide cleaning services, regular maintenance, lock-out service and 24/7 emergency call service.

Great place . So close to keystone

Property was great. Loved the heated garage where you didn’t have to unload your stuff every night. The only thing is it says two queen beds two kings and a pull out but the one queen bed is another pull out not a bedroom

I love that this had two porches to sit on. The sun can be brutal, depending on the time of day. The hot tub was great to have on site. The garage even fit my truck, which has a 2 inch lift on it. Really convenient and nice to have. unbelievable sunsets. My only complaint were the towels were pretty rough. We ended up going to buy a few to use for our month-long stay.

Convenient mountain home!

We had a great time at this mountain home. It was spacious and had a full kitchen which we used every day. The fireplace was also a nice treat! The property manager was very responsive. The only thing to note is that the hot tub is quite a ways away from the property. We ended up driving there since it was so chilly out.

Beautiful Mountain Home!

Very lovely home in a great location close to town, hiking and biking trails, and has beautiful views from both decks. Clean and comfortable, well stocked with all the necessities, and the description is accurate. Communication was great, and the check in/check out was easy and convenient. We had 2 mid sized SUV’s in the garage and a car parked outside and there was plenty of room. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful views! 2 Balconies!

We stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing time (including the first Sept snow in 20yrs!!) It was quiet and plenty of space and room to spread out Just a couple of comments We had to buy hangers for our clothes, there were only a few (4 to 5) in each closet and the only place to put clothes were in the 2 night stand drawers Other than that, it was amazing with 2 balconies, plenty of outdoor seating and easy access to River Run village 😊 Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again!

Glamping in Keystone

The townhouse is brand new and provided our family a comfortable and modern place to enjoy one another's company, the mountains, good food, and the a number of activities. Theresa and Mike have a great home, and their place is nicer than the pictures depict. We were greated by a fox who went fishing and was on his way to his safe place to eat dinner. We also walked out the door to a moose about 8 feet away from the house. My family and I definitely recommend choosing this home .

2 Families for NYE!

We are local and have many years of staying in the mountains for our skiing/boarding trips. This is one of the best! From the check-in process, to the cleanliness, & then to the location…. It’s all superb! But the added hot tub to this magnificent place, has made this even more of a special spot! Oh and I haven’t even mentioned how great the communication was with the owner of this property? We will be returning if Therese will have us! Thank you!

Wonderful time!

We had a really great time at this property and would definitely choose to stay here again! This location is truly fabulous. It was quiet. We cooked in the kitchen most nights and played foosball. The heated garage is a plus and it was great to have a place to sit and put on snow clothes. Communication with the owner was top notch. I was reminded how good it can be and should be given my last Vrbo experience was not good.

This property is professionally managed for the owner by Summit County Mountain Retreats. We are guest oriented, and we offer the following when you rent with us: hassle-free check-in and keycard pick-up, a generous supply of towels and an initial supply of consumables for your stay. We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
