Beautiful Condo in great location

Loved this property as you have access to the Kimpton Hotel amenities amd are within walking distance of most restaurants and galleries. The view is stunning as well.

Great location in downtown Asheville

Loved this property for its location and the accommodations. Very clean modern appliances and great bathroom. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Cannot recommend Southern Exposure enough. Great location to everything in downtown Asheville. Beautiful views from the room. The condo is very well decorated, clean and a great bathroom. Will definitely return here in the future

Enjoyed Asheville

Enjoyed very much. Location is excellent within walking distance to many fine restaurants and music. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Apartment was functional and clean, especially enjoyed the shower. It had everything we needed. We recommend highly.

Asheville adventure

The condo was fantastic. Very well stocked, great views of the city and mountains and very clean. Just be aware that some of the condos allow pets and on our last night we had a barking dog next to us, sound travels through the walls. The dog stopped barking when the owner finally came back. The valet parking was excellent in getting my vehicle when I needed it. Everything was in walking distance restaurants and shops. The Kimpton Hotel was very nice inside and out. However, you have to realize that you are in downtown Asheville and be vigilant about safety. The outside patio was great except for the guy who was singing everyday right in front of the patio where carrying on a conversation was difficult. The food was excellent at Bargellos (inside the hotel), Strada Italiano (reservations a must) and Packs Tavern ( great place to hang out). Prices vary but mostly on the high side.

Great location

Other than I wish someone had explained that key fobs will speed access to the elevators everything was great. There is a sight bait and switch story as the bottom line price is almost double the original listed price when all the fees are added in. Still a good vacation at a high price.

Fabulous…just Fabulous!

From the initial reservation, the communication with the property owner was stellar. They kept us inform all the way through the point of us, checking in our unit and even then check to make sure everything was right. They accommodated our special request. The unit itself is beautiful and well-maintained to the point where we felt like we were the first person to actually stay at it. It was so new feeling. This property manager did an excellent job in this unit. We will be back.

Wonderful Stay!

This place was absolutely perfect! The location made every spot of downtown location of Asheville walkable! The place was very clean with amazing views and comfortable living area. We had everything we could possibly need. Everyone was super kind and helpful. Having access to the gym was an added bonus. Would 100% stay here again.

Beautiful in every way

My wife and I loved our stay at Southern exposure. The building is beautiful, parking is easy, everything is close by. Asheville has a funky vibe and we enjoyed walking everywhere we went. We parked when we got there and the only time we needed our car was when we drove home. I can’t recommend this place any higher. The interior was fantastic. The kitchen was beautiful. The bedroom was awesome. The views were spectacular. Bonnie who was our property manager on site was lovely and took great care of us.

Wonderful condo in the heart of downtown

We were very impressed with everything about this condo. Location puts you right in the middle of anywhere you'd want to go on your feet. The valet parking was nice, and timely with getting our vehicle when we wanted to drive out of town. The gym has high end equipment and was spacious. The actual unit was VERY clean and organized and offered wonderful views of the city below and the mountains in the distance. I would 100 percent recommend this to anyone who wants to be in the center of downtown Asheville.

Perfect location!

Perfectly located in downtown Asheville! 8 min drive to West Asheville as well as RAD. Valet parking was super-easy. Staff members were all nice and helpful. Condo itself was immaculate and very well-appointed. Perfect extended stay for a couple!
