A contemporary space with lots of natural light and all the amenities from home. Walk out the front door and you are in the middle of downtown Asheville. You will be staying 1 block away from Biltmore Avenue where you can explore dining, art galleries, and shopping.

The condo is 1,100 sqft 2-bedroom 2 full bathrooms that accommodates up to 6 people with a pull out, memory foam sofa in the living room. Make yourself at home with the gourmet kitchen and spacious setting. Lean back and enjoy listening to your favorite music on Sonos smart speakers while grilling on your own private balcony.

There is 1 covered, private, and secure parking spot at the building. There is a "Juice box" electric vehicle charger on the premise that charges $0.30/KWh. There are several parking garages 1 block away as well as metered street parking if you have more than 1 car.

Come and experience Asheville’s vibrant music and craft beer scene. You will be located less than a 10-minute walk from South Slope and its many breweries as well as 2 blocks from Wicked Weed and The Orange Peel, recognized as one of the best live music venues in the nation!

We are in close proximity to UNCA , Warren Wilson, and Montreat Colleges for parents wanting to visit for graduation, parents weekend, homecoming, and other special events.

This condo was amazing. It had everything you need for a great stay…cozy beds, spacious rooms, kitchen appliances, soaps, etc. location is top notch and walkable to all shops and restaurants (as in 1 block away, not a mile away like some post). The condo was clean and in a safe neighborhood. It’s one of the better VRBOs I rented.

Stay was great. Location great. As a regular to Ashville this is probably the favorite Rental location. Ok only thing that didn't meet the description was the EV charger was out of service.

Great location for an Asheville visit

Spotless, well stocked, common areas were lovely, and parking was easy. Location is nice for walking downtown with plenty of dining within walking distance. We enjoyed multiple visits to Packs!

Great location

This unit is ultra clean, well appointed and secure. Parking is super close, a real positive in downtown Asheville. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The condo building was clean, beautiful and smelled great. The unit was secure, comfortable and clean, providing everything needed. Great location made it easy to explore downtown, and the parking provided made coming and going to the outer areas easy. Definitely would recommend

The condo was beautiful and the building was very secure. We enjoyed the freedom of walking around town, exploring and shopping, without needing to find parking. Our teens were able to set off on their own when they wanted to. They walked alone to Itto Ramen (amazing miso!) on our first night while my husband and I made a quick run to Harris Teeters for breakfast supplies. Make sure everyone in your group has the key app downloaded (the owner will send the link before your check in). It is simple to use and it is the ONLY way to access the parking lot, the main doors into the building, and several interior hallway doors that lead from the common areas into the resident hallways. Pack’s Tavern and Cats at Play Cat Cafe were super close and also fun to visit. The North Carolina Arboretum was a 25 minute drive away. They have a stunning walk through Christmas light display- perfect for all ages. Next time we come back to Asheville we will not hesitate to stay here again, especially if we only have 4 in our group. We were a party of 6 on this trip, and so our 2 teen boys had to sleep on the convertible sofa. The sofa has a memory foam mattress which they found comfortable, however I would rather have a dedicated sitting area, instead of one that has to be set up and put back to normal each day. (It was not that big of a dealbreaker though for only 2 nights.)The memory foam mattresses in the 2 bedrooms were extremely comfy. Thank you for a great visit!

This condominium is in excellent condition in an excellent location. The owners were extremely responsive to any and all questions or issues that came up during our six night stay. I would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone that wants to be in Downtown Asheville.

Asheville mother/daughter week

I stayed in this lovely condo with my two daughters for 5 days in June. It was a great location. We parked in the included parking space and only used our car when we headed to Biltmore, otherwise everything was in walking distance! The condo had excellent security, with multiple points needing a code or phone access to enter. The furnishings were comfortable, and it was very well cleaned. When i arrived I could not find my access code, I messaged the host and he called me back within seconds. Overall it was an excellent experience. I would book at this same location again when we return.

Perfect location for walking and perfectly equipped for relaxing.

My husband and I took a week’s getaway to Asheville post vaccines. We had a great time. We were able to walk from the condo to downtown shopping, restaurants and breweries, which was important to us. The condo was very well-equipped and very comfortable. We appreciated the coffee, Tide, water, bathroom essentials, etc., there for our use. Didn’t have to spend time looking for those essentials! The offer of help from owner who lives in building was appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again next time in Asheville.

Everything was great, the location was excellent able to walk to all the pubs and shops. We did have a problem with the pass key getting in and out of the building. The front door to the complex did not work right and many times we had to stand there until another guest went in or out.

Nice property in a great location.

Overall, we were pleased with this property. Great location to the heart of Asheville. The interior was well appointed, clean and aligned with the listing. A minor ask from the property owner: add real wine glasses rather than plastic. Also could use more kitchen towels. I rent out my second home and make sure there are good wine glasses...and I budget for breakage. I’ll stay here again when we come to town. Thanks.
