Kaylyn reached out within minutes of our reservation. I reached out before our stay, and I appreciated quick responses to my questions. When we arrived, there was a Christmas tree set up in the living room, adding a special touch. The home was quiet and peaceful, perfect for our quick getaway. The location was great! Exactly what we were looking for!

Property is in a great location with plenty of room. We had 3 adults and 1 child and did not feel cramped at all. Check in process was super easy and the host didn’t require us to complete a laundry list of items before we left which was super nice. Very quick to respond and accommodating! Added bonus: The mini boxes of breakfast cereal they provide were a huge hit with my daughter.

Quiet, cozy and tranquil home

This home offered everything that was listed and more. I love the carpeted floors and they were soft, cushioned and kind to sore tired feet. Located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of parking. The host clearly tended to the look and feel of the home which made it cozy. All the necessary amenities were clearly place and available, literally just shy of stocking toothbrushes. Our host was kind and clear with their communication and very prompt. The home was child friendly and accommodating for my austic son, who took a liking to the home and property. He especially loved the added sunroom where he was able to find his own space to relax and chill. Great location for sight-seeing and very close to the interstate to go anywhere. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Location

While helping my son relocate to Salt Lake City, we stayed at this beautiful home in a great location. The owner, Kaylyn, was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Comfortable and clean stay

We stayed here for a couple nights on our way through Salt Lake City. The location was great and easy to get up the canyon for ski days at Brighton and Solitude (about 30 minutes). Kaylyn was good to work with and always very prompt to reply to messages. The house was cozy, comfortable and clean.

Wonderful hidden gem / super great location

First let start by saying the host Kaylyn is fabulous ! She provided breakfast cereal/oatmeal . Simply amazing and a nice touch. When we arrived early around 2pm and I contacted her and she immediately responded that I could check-in early . What a blessing that was because I had just driven 10 hrs and was looking for somewhere to lay my head . Thank you Kaylyn ! Let’s get to the house. Very clean and has everything you will need during your stay . The house is an older model but very well kept. There was plenty of room for My family consisting Myself , my wife and my sister-n-law. You can get to the highway in less than 5 minutes. That was a bonus , easy to get to the hospital/ VA . The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Lastly it was cold when we arrived and Kaylyn had already adjusted the heat set so we wouldn’t freeze once we arrived.Thank you again and I will definitely stay here again .

Christmas in Salt Lake City

Our family time over Christmas was enhanced by our stay here. The place was comfortable and well stocked and equipped. The hot/cold cereal breakfast was welcome on our short mornings. Kaylyn’s place had just enough decorations to set a festive atmosphere. She was prompt with her responses whenever we had a question. Our family will highly consider this place for future stays in SLC.

Nice home!

Not only was communication very good with the owners, they provided food and other nice accommodations. They even decorated the home for the holiday before we arrived The home was also very clean and warm. We felt very welcome.

Great property, clean and very comfortable

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. Good location for our activities. Many dining and shopping options nearby. House is very clean, comfortable and very well stocked. Communication with host was very timely. This stay exceeded our expectations. We will definitely stay here again when traveling to SLC.

This property is kept in excellent condition and very clean. It is in a great location. 4 adults stayed there for 6 nights and there is plenty of space. It is very easy to communicate with the owner but we did not need to as everything was set up perfectly. We will definitely stay there again.
