Everything was amazing. A comfy, quiet, well-appointed place to stay. I mean, EVERYTHING was, well, COZY. The hosts were helpful, generous, kind. We lacked for nothing during our 2 week stay. 5 plus stars.

Very nice place. Well furnished. Note oven is a convection oven. Entrance is 5 steps up then 11 steps down.

We stayed at The Cōz to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and be closer to Hale Centre Theatre where we saw a couple plays. The Cōz was extremely well stocked! It had just about everything we could need (except an oven). All the furniture was very comfortable, the fireplaces & big TVs delightful, the massage chair fabulous, and the ambiance welcoming and calm. We had a wonderful time there and hardly noticed all the rain that was falling outside. Our hosts even provided a sweet little anniversary gift. Definitely a great place to stay!

This place is Amazing! Beautiful facility, with all the amenities of home. The garden and fruit trees were a very kind and sweet surprise. Beautiful back yard escape. Highly recommend! Very easy in and out and nothing was missed. We will be back!!

Great place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Owners very cordial and accommodating. Able to use back patio areas to relax. Vegetable garden available to pick from. Fresh raspberries too. Yummy. Will return if in area.

The Coz was an amazing place to stay! Incredibly clean and well appointed; close to the mountains and stores; and very comfortable. Troy is a very thoughtful and responsive host. This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at! Highly recommend!!!

Great Spot!

This is a great place to stay. It’s cozy, well set up and had enough room for my family of four. Husband loved the massage chair. Host were more than accommodating and just genuinely nice people. Good location to food and gas. Would def stay here again.
