We stayed at The Cōz to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary and be closer to Hale Centre Theatre where we saw a couple plays. The Cōz was extremely well stocked! It had just about everything we could need (except an oven). All the furniture was very comfortable, the fireplaces & big TVs delightful, the massage chair fabulous, and the ambiance welcoming and calm. We had a wonderful time there and hardly noticed all the rain that was falling outside. Our hosts even provided a sweet little anniversary gift. Definitely a great place to stay!

Very nice place. Well furnished. Note oven is a convection oven. Entrance is 5 steps up then 11 steps down.

This place is Amazing! Beautiful facility, with all the amenities of home. The garden and fruit trees were a very kind and sweet surprise. Beautiful back yard escape. Highly recommend! Very easy in and out and nothing was missed. We will be back!!

Great place to stay. Clean. Quiet. Owners very cordial and accommodating. Able to use back patio areas to relax. Vegetable garden available to pick from. Fresh raspberries too. Yummy. Will return if in area.

This is an exceptional property. The host has gone to lots of trouble with little touches to ensure guests have a fantastic stay. Property is spacious and well laid out with a beautiful garden. Highly recommend!

Amazing Place!!

The Coz was an amazing place to stay! Incredibly clean and well appointed; close to the mountains and stores; and very comfortable. Troy is a very thoughtful and responsive host. This is the best VRBO I have ever stayed at! Highly recommend!!!

3 night stay.

The Coz is a good name for this rental because it is cozy. There was plenty of room for the two of us, though it could easily accomadate four. It is quiet as is the area. The bed was comfortable and so was the other furniture. It was easy to find, coming from the airport. Parking was in the driveway or in the street. I recomend staying at The Coz.

Lovely and peaceful

This property is 5-star all the way. It is clean and well-appointed, perfect for 3 adults. My husband and I were visiting our daughter who had twins recently. Our son joined us on the weekend and we were able to enjoy Troy's beautiful back yard on Saturday evening, complete with picnic table and fire pit. Communication with the owner is excellent. The property is located in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains nearby and the city below as you make your approach. Troy has thought of everything, including a private paved area to park your car on the side of the house. The entrance to the basement unit at the back of the house is very attractively decorated with grey stone. Leave the outdoor light on when you go out for the day so that you may easily maneuver the steps if after dark on your return. Overall a very comfortable and inviting property. And yes, cozy! This was one of the most amazing places we have stayed at! Immaculately clean! All the amenities needed including a massage chair! Cozy fireplaces! Comfortable bed! They thought of everything! VERY COZY COMFORTABLE STAY

The COZ is a very nice property. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee, popcorn and granola bars. The main bedroom was large and the bed was comfortable. The place is well decorated. The backyard is beautiful and we were welcome to enjoy back patio by the owners who are very friendly. If we are ever in the Salt Lake City area again, we will definitely stay at The COZ.

Great Spot!

This is a great place to stay. It’s cozy, well set up and had enough room for my family of four. Husband loved the massage chair. Host were more than accommodating and just genuinely nice people. Good location to food and gas. Would def stay here again.
