Desert Haven

We loved, loved loved our stay at Cherokee House! Beautifully & creatively appointed, very welcoming, extremely comfortable, had everything we needed - we couldn't wait to return to our temporary home at the end of each day. We especially appreciated the peaceful desert view in back. Definitely 5 Stars!

Great property

Cia is a great host, we love her place , all of us had a great time, was able to check in early, thanks to Cia, Property is only 20 minutes from Joshua Tree National Park, great location, will stay here again if I plan to visit Joshua Tree National Park.

Great Location

Perfection in Joshua Tree

This is our 2nd stay at this fabulous property. It's a lovely home and Cia makes the check-in and accommodation process very easy. This home is located near the west entrance to the park and is comfortable, cozy and elegant. We love the views from the backyard and enjoyed both the indoor fireplace and outdoor firepit. . Highly recommend this home for a getaway.

Enjoyed our stay!

Location is super convenient to accessing the park - about a 5 minute drive to the entrance. Wifi was great and allowed us to work for the week without issue. The house is comfortable, thoughtfully designed and just as pictured! Would definitely recommend!

Family trip to JTNP

The house/property was extremely well organized and in a great location just minutes to the west entrance of JTNP. Enjoyed the vista and sunrises and sitting by the fire after a long day of hiking. Cia is very prompt and helpful in answering all questions. The entire family had a great time, planning to come back in the future.

Beautiful

We really enjoyed our stay. Every detail to comfort was there. The view from the backyard was beautiful. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet. The host was very responsive and professional. Check in was easy.

Perfect Rental!

We loved staying in this house! The house was spacious, clean & as described in the listing. The house was very well appointed with everything we could have needed on our trip (and more)! The owner was very communicative with us leading up to & during the trip. Great location right outside the entrance to the park. Very quiet neighborhood. I would book again for a future trip!

Cute, well appointed home. Great locations

We had a great time at this house. It was clean, looked exactly like the pictures, and communication with the host was very quick and helpful. It was also stocked with anything you might need and the some! Would definitely recommend as a base for Joshua Tree NP. It’s so easy to get from the house to the West entrance.

Joshua Tree Half Marathon

This property was perfect for are girls weekend! Close to the start to the race and close to the park! The landscape in the backyard closed every night with its majestic views. I couldn’t have asked for anything better!

Sibling reunion

We were finally able to gather together after four years to explore another national park. My brother, sister and I have been doing this for 24 years. Joshua Tree was chosen because my brother lives in Palm Springs. This house was perfect for us - great location for getting to the park for hikes. Very easy to get into town for delicious late lunches. Beautiful view of the mountains out the back of the house. We really enjoyed our stay. The owner was terrific with communication. Highly recommended

Perfection

The minute you pull up to the Cherokee House you can see it is a well-kept property. Honestly I've never stayed in any kind of home rental as nice as this. The house is well-appointed, lots of places to sit, eat. Bedrooms / baths were impeccable. She even provided a tray of snacks upon arrival - AND - there is a well-stocked Nespresso machine. The kitchen had everything you needed and there is a center island perfect for food prep. TONS of spices (such a rarity!) The beds were SOOOO comfy. Lastly the Hostess, was very responsive to the few questions we had along the way. I'm so happy we stayed here - felt like a home away from home :) Oh - it is super close to the JT National Forest - we went several times in the week we were there. Such a treat.

Loved the house

House was great. Loved the back patio. We ate all our meals out there. Bed was really comfortable. Loved having Netflix too. We really liked the view out the back of all the mountains. Great place!!
