Step into your exclusive 1-bedroom, 2-bath urban retreat. This freshly renovated oasis is located just a 1-minute walk from Metro Beaubien on the historic Plaza Saint-Hubert. While you can feel the beat of the city just outside, the interior is a peaceful haven designed for calm and serenity.

Dual Bathrooms: Rare 1BR layout featuring 2 full bathrooms (one en-suite in the Master, one in the living area).

Sleeping Arrangements: Master Bedroom with Queen bed + Living room with a real pull-out sofa bed (metal frame/mattress topper).

Digital Nomad Ready: High-speed Wi-Fi (394 Mbps) and a comfortable workspace.

Family Friendly: Pack 'n Play and high chair available for those traveling with little ones.

Outdoor Living: Access to a 600sf patio perfect for your morning coffee or in the evening outside (summer).

Climate: New central A/C and Heating with Nest thermostat.

Laundry: In-suite washer/dryer with soap, softener, and bleach provided.

Great Montreal Stay

This place is in a great location in Montreal with easy access to parking and the metro, with plenty of great breweries and eateries within a short walk. The property is very clean, spacious, and well appointed. The manager was very responsive and answered questions with tons of detail that was very helpful.

Appartement parfait et propre et très silencieux.

Séjour impeccable. Manque simplement un éclairage de chaque côté du lit de la chambre et une commande de reglage du chauffage manuelle et non pas programmée.
