Father/daughter snowboarding trip!

Two father/daughter couples stayed here and had a great trip. This Ski Tip condo was perfect for us…very clean, convenient, and great proximity to shuttle stop! Highly recommend!

Great Location

Location is just a few blocks from keystone. Hot tub was a nice after a long day of skiing. Quiet, comfortable, and clean.

Great stay!

This was the second time staying at this property. We love the main room, it feels spacious and comfy. The hot tub is just a short walk away and is very large! We had to it ourselves both nights. The only complaint is that the beds aren’t that comfortable and could use a mattress upgrade. Otherwise our stay way great again and we would consider this condo next time in keystone.

Amazing Trip

This property was one of our favorites! It felt just like home as soon as we stepped in the door. We had such an amazing experience! My 2 and 4yo really enjoyed being here as well they had a blast! It was clean, organized and above all the check in and check out was extremely easy! We definitely will be coming back in the future!

Great ski weekend!!

Nice to get away with the family. This place was perfect for our elementary school kids. We had everything we needed and close to Keystone for a day of skiing.

Our Stay

Overall we had a great stay. The master bed was very comfortable and the shuttle service to the ski resort was very convenient My suggestions to improve the home is more comfortable couches and lounge chairs and to shovel the back patio so we could of used the grill and sit out there.

Perfect Location

First, this location is perfect; it is just a couple minutes drive to the main lot for Keystone. The home was clean, with nice appliances and a great view out of the living room. It's not very big, but certainly suitable for a family of five, and there is plenty of space for gear near the entry. We had a few issues, nothing major, such as a drain in the bath that was backing up, and they fixed it immediately. They were very responsive and helpful, which you don't always get with VRBO's. I wish they had a hot tub on the premises, but it's a short walk (a couple of buildings down the road). Overall, I would recommend it.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!

This is a large unit, walking distance to River Run Village and close to hiking and biking. There is modern furniture throughout, a full kitchen, ample seating and porch!
