この真っ白な目的地は、オイスターポンドの東側にある7エーカーの敷地で、一致するのは難しいが、エドガータウンWから1マイルの便利な場所にある静かなプライバシーを提供します。 エドガータウンのダウンタウンへのアクセスが容易で、島に向かうティズベリーロード。

この特注の「Dream Home」は逆さまの家で、リビングルーム、キッチン、マスタースイートとバスが広々とした2階にあり、高い天井とキューポラでそびえています。 その流れとエネルギーは、太陽と月の弧によって時間が測定される空間に人を運びます。

朝のコーヒー、日光浴、グリル、カクテル、食事に最適な2つの大きなデッキは、家の脇にあり、周囲の保護地域を見渡せます。 設備の整ったキッチンは、遊び心のある子供や優雅な鹿を見るために、下の広大な芝生の美しい景色を提供します！

1階は、カスタムの湾曲した階段から、さらに3つの寝室、図書室、ランドリールーム、ダブルシンクの洗面化粧台が付いたバスルームまで広がっています。

フラットパネルテレビは、夜の子供向け映画やオフィス（ワイヤレスプリンター/コピー機/ファックス付き）に最適なライブラリを含むすべての部屋を飾っています。 ゲーム、パズル、夜空を探索する望遠鏡を備えた2階の子供用コーナーもあります。 ハイチェアと新しいパックアンドプレイが利用可能です。

自転車とヘルメットは島をツアーするために提供されます。 オイスターポンドロードの頭で自転車道にアクセスできます。 また、2つのスタンドアップパドルボード、芝生ゲーム、ビーチグッズ、傘、折りたたみ式の大きな車輪付きビーチがあり、冷凍庫に冷たいパックを入れたポータブルクーラーもあります。

また、2つのカヤック（タンデムおよびシングル）は、私道から150ヤードに位置するウォーターランプで待機しており、池の美しさにアクセスして探索し、ビーチに行くことができます。 帰ってきたら（そして星空の下で夜になるとさらに良い！）、屋外シャワーが招きます。

Great getaway!!

We so enjoyed our stay at this home! The house is private but close to great restaurants and shopping areas, immaculately clean, spacious and comfortable. The owners have provided all the supplies and amenities you could ask for and were extremely helpful - giving great options for dining and activities. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a comfy and inviting stay on the island!!

Beautiful stay

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a family of 7. Plenty of room, great a/c for keeping us comfortable during the heat wave and great hosts! This is a well cared for and updated property, located just minutes away from the restaurants and beaches. You won’t be disappointed!

Amazing property and hosts

We were absolutely impressed with our stay at this property! The house was not only beautiful and immaculately clean but also spacious and well-equipped with every amenity we could possibly need. The hosts were incredibly friendly and attentive, enhancing our experience even further. We thoroughly enjoyed the six bikes provided, as well as the opportunity to ride on the boat, paddleboard, and use the kayaks on the serene pond. Our time here was unforgettable, and we would definitely love to return!

Family Visit

We spent a wonderful week at this amazing property. The homeowners did in fact think of everything. After spending many summers at MV, this house is hands down the best property we have ever stayed at. We hope to visit again soon.

This was a girls long weekend and the owners made it so wonderful for us.

The owners Dawn & Lawler are amazing. It was so nice and clean. Plus everything was very organized and easy to find. Dawn even had a homemade Blueberry pie waiting for us. We loved it so much we are going back next year. Highly recommended this place.

Wonderful Property

Dawn and Lawler host an excellent property with everything you can think of for a relaxing visit to Martha's Vineyard. Everyone in our group enjoyed the water sports equipment, the space both in the house and outside, and the accessibility to so much on the Vineyard. Would highly recommend!

Oyster Pond - a Martha’s Vineyard gem

Our family enjoyed this beautiful home which was walking distance from Oyster Pond. We enjoyed paddle boarding, kayaking and taking the skiff to a private section of ocean beach. The house had everything one needs in a vacation home. The owners were friendly and very hospitable. This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed at in over 30 years of bringing our family to Martha’s Vineyard and Nantucket.

Amazing host and house

My family and I have stayed at over 10 houses on the vineyard over the course of 25+ years, and this one is certainly the most well-stocked and family friendly. Dawn our host was meticulous about making sure we had everything we needed. The house is in great shape, and the beach access is amazing. Would highly recommend!

One of a kind - amazing experience

Our 3rd summer staying and it never disappoints- the house is lovely and the location is great for outdoor enthusiasts who like boating and biking in scenic surroundings. The house is immaculate with thoughtful touches throughout — and owners highly responsive. We will be back again next year!

Great house in great location!

House is beautiful on private property with large yard, 2 decks, fire pit, hammocks, and outdoor shower. Close to pond, beach and walking trail. House was well stocked with supplies—kitchen, bath, kids toys, paddle boards, kayaks, beach chairs, games, and more. Beds are incredibly comfortable and house was spotless. Owners were responsive and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Dream Home for the Perfect Martha’s Vineyard Vacation

We had the most amazing family vacation at this perfect retreat. The home was impeccably clean and had everything we needed. It was private, beautiful, and incredibly relaxing. The location was perfect—quiet yet conveniently close to everything. The condition of the home and the decor were flawless; we couldn't have asked for better. We all felt at home during our weeklong stay and wished we had stayed longer! The owners were incredible—so kind, helpful, and always available for recommendations if needed. Wonderful house and hosts

Couldn't speak more highly of Dawn and Lawlor as hosts. They take great care to think of guests' needs. All the little touches - well appointed kitchen (with labels for everything!), Garage with all the fun activity items you might want (boards, outdoor games, life preservers, etc), indoor game rooms, wonderfully tended property. Best hosts I've ever had on the vineyard (and I've been coming for 45 years).

Wonderful

Had a wonderful stay over New Year's. What a great way to end a heavy year and start a hopefully better one. The home is spacious and serene and private. Every attention is given to details to make the guests feel at home and equipped for a great holiday. Dawn was super responsive before and during the stay. A magical time.

Perfect Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful and well-stocked home. The hosts were immediately responsive to all contacts and repeatedly looked to make our stay special. The house and amenities were accurately describe and even understated when you see that the boats, bikes and games were all quality items. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we could possibly need. We had an amazing time. If you rent this house you will want or need for nothing and will probably be writing a similar review at the end of your stay.

Welcome and thank you for considering our delightful abode on the beautiful island of Martha’s Vineyard. There’s so much to describe about our home that we’ll simply begin with what our guests invariably say at check-in: WOW!! Yes, we agree and that’s why we truly enjoy hosting. We know that our guests are about to experience everything we love about this property: the relaxing serenity that comforts you from all the cares in the world. The sights and sounds of nature all around, and the subtle ones of the distant waves. The boat ride on the pond to our beach, passing swans and osprey nests, and the occasional jumping fish. And then there’s the stunning beach, where often no one is there except curious seals bobbing in the waves. Or piping plovers trying to avoid them.

With decades of travel all over this wonderful planet, we know what makes an exceptional place to stay. Every nook of the property inside and out has been prepared for you with that intention. It also helps that one of us is a bit OCD about cleanliness. Unwashed blankets and bathroom rugs between guests? No way! The place must look and feel like no one stayed there before you.

Everything in the home is thoughtfully tailored to be a comfortable, relaxing home base that you’ll look forward to waking up in, and returning home to after a day of island adventures. Heck, you may want to spend most of your time right here. You’ve got the beach, walking and biking trails. Lawn hammocks and deck loungers to laze away on. Or have fun playing lawn games. Read a book from our library on one of many comfy sofas or a window seat.

We love sharing our magical place in New England paradise. The biggest reward is greeting returning families beaming with anticipation as they embark on another relaxing, fun and adventurous vacation from the comfort of our home!

What do we love about the Oyster Pond enclave? Seclusion. Nature. Peacefulness. Beyond our property’s seven acres is the pond to the west and hundreds of conservation acres to the east. Horse pastures and the private beach to the south, and a mile to the north is the Edgartown-Tisbury Road to quickly bring you back to island civilization.

There are only around 30 properties who can access the delightfully undeveloped pond and use the beach. Combining this exclusivity with our seven acres, the hundreds of acres of state forest (and rarely used trails!) we abutt, and our slightly manic focus on providing you everything you might need provides a rare escape where you can simply just focus on those you're with.
