New Year's stay

This is a large and beautiful home close to Springfield and the surrounding area. The home is very well maintained and Simona is responsive and easy to reach. We had to extend our trip by a day due to winter weather and we were excited to be able to enjoy one more day in the house. Tons of space inside and outside with things to do for all ages. This is the best large property that we’ve found in the Springfield area and we would highly recommend it and plan to stay here again in the future.

Wedding weekend

It was great! The location outside of town was beautiful, spacious and quiet! The outside area and all it offered was great for our grandkids. The kitchen was supplied with everything you can imagine. We would definitely stay there again!

Championship Weekend

13 guys in town for a tennis tournament and the house was amazing. Love the pool, ping pong, gas grill and plenty of space. Awesome weekend

Fantastic

This is the second time we have rented the property. Never disappoints. All the family from age 63 to 6 loves the house and all the amenities. The new pickle ball court…yes! Thank you for sharing your home.

Excellent Stay

House is well equipped with everything you need. Simone is very responsive to questions if you have any. We had a great time getting together with family and friends. It was a fun weekend and we would definitely stay here again.

Always a blast

This is our second time staying at the house and it was just as great as the first. Being about to house 10 of us from all over the country as we get together is the best and we are 2 for 2 for enjoying the house.

Work Retreat

Beautiful home with excellent location. Close to many things (restaurant options). Most importantly very spacious for a large group both indoors and out. We loved it.

Family time

We were in Missouri for a family wedding and it was great to be together. We enjoyed the house but were unable to enjoy some of the features. We would have loved to use the spa but it wouldn't heat. The host did, however, have someone come and check it out. Some cool nights we looked for extra blankets, and with 14 people staying in the house we had to purchase toilet paper twice! All in all our stay was good for such a large group, and we were impressed with the amount of space.

Clean and Comfortable

The house was very clean and comfortable. There were lots of windows that let in a lot of natural light. The layout was nice for my team to gather in one group and be comfortable. The back yard area was inviting and relaxing. I did need to contact the owner a couple of times and they got back to me within minutes with the answers I needed.

Beautiful home.

Beautiful home. Great memories where made. the host kept us informed of pool people coming. We had a breaker trip and they where here right away to fix it. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

80th Birthday Celebration

This property has peaceful views and lots of activity outdoors and indoors. Our family enjoyed our time celebrating our Dad's 80th Birthday. Note: there are lots of stairs, not very handicap friendly.

Amazing Getaway

This was our second stay at this house and it was even better than last. The addition of the pool deck was great. Relaxing by the pool while keeping an eye on the kiddos was very enjoyable. We took advantage of every space; fire pit, hot tub, play area downstairs and even a ping pong tournament in the garage. Can’t wait to plan our next trip cause we already have trash talk about the upcoming pickle ball court.

Relaxing near Springfield

The house is well stocked for cooking and playing (ping pong in the garage) as well as relaxing and visiting indoors and out. This is our 2nd year here and we'll likely return.

No recomiendo el app de vrbo para rentar casas

Rente la casa con anticipación nuestro viaje fue de 28hrs manejando y cuando llegamos la casa no estaba disponible porque la tenían rentada y no solucionaron el problema y no teníamos conocidos en el estado de Misuri.
