Warm

The apartment is well situated to be warm on the cold, windy nights. It is on second floor with units above, below and on both sides providing insulation. The temperature stays at whatever is chosen and there are no drafts. The host has everything extra clean, well provisioned and ready for use on arrival. And the nearby restaurants are still open and serving.

Apartment is well insulated and temperature does not change much even with heater turned low.

Warm and welcoming

Chilly fall nights; frost on the car window in the morning. The apartment is warm and well insulated. A comfortable place for business travel.

Base of operations for two weeks

Everything needed for an extended stay is within walking distance. Even walked to the train station for a day in NYC.

Roadwork now completed

City spent several weeks repaving the street in front of the property. Happy to report work is now complete.

Great to be back

First stay in the "work from home" era. SOOOO much better than a hotel. Exceptionally clean, as always. Great location for walking to restaurants and the shore in the fall weather. Host welcoming and helpful, as always.

Have stayed here a number of times and very comfortable with route to/from office, stores and local restaurants. Always very clean.

Super clean, convenient and comfortable

Very clean and comfortable 1-bedroom, 1-bath in a great location. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants within a couple blocks each direction. Whole Foods a short drive away (on the way to/from I95). Host/Hostess are VERY responsive and helpful.
