Sweet Waterfront Efficiency

Looking for a slice of authentic, eclectic Old Florida ambiance? This efficiency serves what is needed to relax, reset, renew. Situated on wide creek/side canal, surrounded by old growth trees, this sweet spot is private, comfy, well equipped and walking distance to many restaurants, microbrewery, parks and only 2 miles to downtown Olde Naples. Grill, kayaks, bikes, off street parking . It is attached to a single family home that has two other units at opposite ends, allowing for maximum privacy for each unit. One is the owner's quarters. Sorry, no pets or smoking anywhere on the property. Smoke travels! We love pets, but previous guests have abused the privilege, so no more! Bungalow and property intended for guests only. We don’t want friends stopping by or being entertained here. There are two other bungalows to be considered as well as nearby neighbors. Low key guests are welcome. Units are licensed with Collier County for short term rentals.
Enjoy walking to nearby coffee shop, yoga studio, Celebration Food truck park, Wine Bar, Art Galleries, boat and SUP rentals, Ankrolab Microbrewery as well as other venues for great food, drinks and live music.

    We truly enjoyed our stay. Everything was lovely. We enjoyed the patio and sitting on the deck. All the amenities were great. The room was perfect for our needs and we enjoyed the decor. The bed was comfortable, the shower was perfect. The location is great. Looking forward to a return trip and taking a bike ride and using the kayak. Karen the host was wonderful and was very attentive and accommodating.

    This bedroom efficiency was truly adorable. The private drive opens up to a beautifully private backyard location along a water canal. We loved the open porch with rocking chairs! The bedroom was just the right size for what we needed and the bathroom was spacious. I loved all the decorations, especially the wall art by a Naples local impressionist painter! Thank you!

    Thanks for a great stay in the Sweet Bungalow. Perfect location to relax & close to wonderful restaurants. I loved walking along Bayshore each morning & rediscovered Sugden Park for walking and Bayview Park for sunsets.

    I've enjoyed this home and location for many, many years and I enjoy sharing it with others who also find it relaxing and a great place to reset. I'm a Realtor and a Massage Therapist/Health Coach. I'm a native Floridian, originally from Tampa.

    The neighborhood is close to many wonderful restaurant and venues, as well as the Naples Botanical Gardens. It's an easy 2 mile drive to Olde Naples and 3 miles to the Gulf. It's safe and there are a lot of nice neighbors.

    The property is on a quiet cul-de-sac and opens up like a pie in the back. It is quite private and overlooks a wide body of water, with jumping fish and many bird life. There are some old growth trees on the property that lend some good energy to the property.
