* Fully stocked kitchen with all basics, sleeps 8.



The Space:

*Comfortable and specious condo, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths.

* 1 king bed, 2 queen beds , 1 queen pullout sofa in the living room.

*kitchen fully equipped with all basics (condiments are not included).

* washer/dryer in the condo.

* Free WiFi and cable TV available.

*Pets are not allowed.

*Beach items are not included due to damage/loss of these items.

*Towels are provided for showers only.

*Linens for each bed are provided.



Guest Access:

*The condo is rented in full. Guests have access to the entire place. Owners are not on the premises while guests are staying.

*Access the pool with wristbands (8 wristbands are placed in the kitchen drawer) All 8 Pool wristbands must be kept and returned before checking out. There is a $50 charge for each lost or broken wristband)

*No mailbox for this location.

*Washer and dryer available in the unit.

*Parking is free. motorcycles and trailers are not allowed on premises.

The condo is located at Magnolia Point, 10 min. from airport, 5 min. from Broadway at the beach, 5 min. from the beach, 15 min. from Market Commons, 1 min. From golf course.

*Pool wristbands are counted after each stay.

*Charging electrical vehicles is not allowed.

*Only initial amount of toiletries, paper towel and toilet paper provided, guests should bring their own extras.

*Bed sheets are provided (one set per bed)

*Bath towels are included (one per guest, must not leave unit)

*Bring your own beach towels (do not use bath towels)
