Cutest little cottage

We loved this cute cottage! So friendly and inviting. The owners are amazing. Great communication. My favorite part was the sun room. Watching all the birds was very relaxing.

Comfortable, Clean, and Friendly

We had a fabulous stay. The owners were great and the house was perfect. It has been recently remodeled, there is great light andy lots of windows with great views of their wonderful backyard and bird feeders which attract all sorts of interesting birds. Beds were comfortable too. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!

Amazing!!

Absolutely gorgeous property! This place was beautiful - from the well decorated inside to the stunning landscape outside! Wildlife is plentiful - beautiful birds of all types, rabbits, squirrels and deer right outside the large windows. Really jenjoyed our stay. And the owners couldn’t have been nicer or easier to communicate with. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous!!

A gorgeous estate-like property with two nearby homes, this place is special. The labor of love is evident in all things, inside and out, along with sense of humor reflected in the hilarious knickknacks throughout. The outdoor grounds are amazing! And the birds!! Well-stocked, lovely furnishings, comfy beds, TVs everywhere ()— perfectly awesome! Thank you Corky and Mark!!

Wonderful

Wow, what a great find. The property itself is beautiful, with perennial gardens and abundant wildlife. The house was welcoming, comfortable and well appointed. Location was great. Private, yet close to everything. Mark & Corky were great hosts. Overall, a perfect spot for our Cleveland visit. Highly recommend.

By far the best VBRO we have ever stayed in. Everything you could need or want was supplied. The house was very clean, and well maintained. It is clear there is pride in ownership. So many nice areas to sit and relax too. It is an older house, so there are squeaky floors that you can hear when sleeping in the lower floor bedroom, but that just adds to the charm. I would definitely stay here again if I ever return to the Cleveland area. We went to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, a Browns game, and the Pro Football Hall of Fame, all were an easy drive from the house.

The Coop - Fantastic!!

Three friends and I just spent 4 nights at this beautiful and comfortable home. We all look forward to staying here next time we are in the Cleveland area. Corky and Mark communicated very well and are very pleasant, gracious hosts. The house was spotless and we had no issues while there. We dined at two of Corky's recommended restaurants, Sara's Place and Pranzo, and were very pleased. The home, landscaping, and grounds are just beautiful.

Peaceful stay for our Historic Kirtland visit

This sweet cottage is located in a wooded area just a block away from a golf course. It is so quiet and peaceful. The home has really nice furnishings making it feel like a home away from home. Corky handled up front reservation questions and Mark was on site to help with any questions or concerns. They are excellent to deal with. The propery is fairly close to the Historic Kirtland sites that we came to see. This was a fantastic memorable trip! We hope to come back some day.

Enchanting!

This was a bird lover’s (which I am) paradise! The house is very cute and comfortable with modern amenities but old charm. The location was secluded and quiet but in close proximity to I-90. I thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside on the back deck and watching the birds (and other wildlife) every morning and being able to see stars at night. If I’m ever in the area again, I will look to stay here again and highly recommend others do as well. Thank you, Corky and Mark, for creating such a great place!!

The Coop Farmhouse

The "Coop" is exactly as you see in the photos. Super clean and neat, and such a comfy down-home place. You would never know you near Cleveland!! Everything you could want is there. The beds were awesome. We only stayed two nights and didn't want to leave. We practically lived out on the deck, watching the birds and other critters. And the hospitality was second to none. . .Mark and Boo met us there to show us the ropes and then away they went. Overall, a great place to get away. . .you won't be sorry.

Beautiful place!

This is an updated farmhouse with plenty of space on a large, scenic lot. The property is very well appointed and the owners are fantastic to work with. We look forward to returning to this property the next time we are in town.

Beautiful and Serene – the Perfect Getaway!
