It was a wonderful stay. We enjoyed it and the amenities were great. The house was beautiful and spacious. The one miss communication about access of the garage was the only hiccup. I would highly recommend.

Great location in our fave spot!

We had an awesome time! This home was just as advertised. Lots of space, great accommodations, and a well stocked kitchen with cups, plates, and storage containers galore.

Loved the house and location. Screened deck was a plus. Backing up to the woods was such a nice treat.

Beautiful home, beautiful neighbor!

Loved the house, we had 4 teens with us, they enjoyed the pool (as we all did)! The house is comfortable. Descent restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Great house!

Great house for families. The pool area was great for younger children. Walking distance to a ton of shops and restaurants. The tram was also very helpful. Beach access was hard. Lots of people in a small area, but public beach access about 1 mile away.

Family vacation

Traveled with 5 adults and two children under 2. Plenty of room. Loved that they provided so much storage containers as we cooked all of our meals and were able to store our leftovers. It was very convenient to get to the pool and beach. We were all able to exercise by either running, walking or riding the provided bikes. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again

We enjoyed our book club retreat at this awesomely comfortable and serene home. The size was perfect and the home was as described. Clean and neat upon arrival. Ill be back many many more times. Truly awesome.

Home was very family friendly. Nice location, walking distance to everything. The only complaint we had, was the forward downstairs bedroom “bed” was horrible and needs replacing!! I suggest a Costco queen mattress. Otherwise we had a great time

Seacrest Beach Vacation

We loved the house & property. Everything was very organized & clean. Our only problem was no beach chairs at the pool& & no room at the beach. It was overcrowded & had to rent expensive chairs to sit down.

Great House and Location!

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Dreams! We stayed with another family, had 4 kids under 4, and had plenty of room. The house was kid friendly, but note that one of the bunk rooms was pretty high and probably better for older kids. The house was in a perfect location to the community pool, beach, and town center! We had some issues with the fire alarm/front alarm, but property management was great at communicating and coming over in a timely manner to fix. Would definitely stay again!

Birthday Celebration

I rented this beautiful home for ten days to celebrate my 60th birthday with family and friends. This was my first time visiting 30A and Seacrest and I absolutely loved it. Sadly, our stay was cut short (only got four days in) before we had to leave due to Hurricane Helene. The house was beautiful and the neighborhood was amazing! Loved the tram access to the amazing lagoon pool, beach, and shopping. We will definitely be back, and will book this house again!

The house was perfect for what we needed—well built, nice kitchen, rooms and bathrooms. The location was great in 30A—walkable to shops, restaurant, the beach and pool. We enjoyed walking and biking and never even needed the tram although if we had, it came right up to the house across the street. My only complaint is if you are going for the beautiful beaches, I would not go again within the Seacrest HOA area. They have one small beach area that is by far the most crowded on the beach. It’s frustrating that to get an ocean front spot, you need to be out there at 6am sharp. And then all afternoon you have to guard it so no one comes and tries to put their chair right in front of you as they will put it on your toes! We were there on Memorial Day weekend and expected it to be crowded but the rest of the week was no better. Either plan to rent a front row beach chair or stay away from the Seacrest HOA community as there were a lot of open beach areas around but we could not access them since we were from the Seacrest HOA community.

Great House overall enjoyed it

A few minor issues like water was clogged in mater bedroom upstairs than cause it to leak into downstairs bedroom, you can see tile like it was worked on already, but that happened day 4. Called maintenance and they were great. Very nice and fast to come look. Other than that, house was great.

Amazing HOME away from HOME

This property was AWESOME! We come every summer to the same neighborhood and love trying new houses !It was so nice to be provided bikes when we arrived. That saved us a lot of money . The nature trail was just behind us and just a bike ride away from all the entertainment. The house was clean and the property manager responded immediately with the few questions we had! We will return !

We understand when things go wrong it can be extremely frustrating. We did address all your concerns and issues during your stay unfortunately we had unprecedented freezing temperatures during your stay something we Floridians are not equipped to handle. We had several water line breaks and emergencies that we had to resolve before we were able to get to your non-emergency concerns.

Beautiful home as pictured! Need to service first floor master bedroom air conditioner. It seems it only works with movement which does not happen when sleeping. Not good! Seacrest check in at 6:00 pm is unreasonable! Although I received an early check in as requested but was not in area due to 6:00 or after posted check in.

Thank you for the review. Our Seacrest homes have been 6 pm check-in and noon checkout for about 5 years. We state this in the description of the home so guests are aware before the home is booked. Due to the traffic which has increased and the time constraints between guests, this gives our team the ability to complete cleaning and repairs as needed by staggering the community arrival and departure times.. We do not offer early check-in but we do get guests checked in as soon as homes become ready.
