Great home for our small, extended family staying in the area for a family wedding. Lovely neighborhood. Driveway accommodated all three of our vehicles!

If you are headed to Milwaukee, this location is so close to most everything 20-30 minutes drive. There are plenty of things also in walking distance. The house is on the older side so it had very squeaky floors and some janky DIY fixes around the place. Overall a great stay for my family. Be careful if you are tall because the stairs and rooms on the second floor have some angled ceilings. We did not use the fireplace. Kitchen had the basics needed for a brief stay. Appreciated having some salt and pepper available rather than buying all new and having to toss it out. Owner was very responsive to messages.

Lovely home in a super quiet, walkable neighborhood. The host was responsive and check-in and checkout were easy. This is probably the cleanest VRBO I have ever stayed in. It was spotless! The neighborhood is very quiet with sidewalks and tree-lined streets, about 1.5 blocks to the main street in Wauwatosa with many shops and restaurants in easy walking distance.

Another great stay

This was our second time staying here, and it won't be our last. We have an annual get together in Milwaukee with friends from all over, and this place is perfect for us. Great location, and a very nice place. Communication is always excellent. We'll see you next year.

Good location, house needs improvement

The home is in a good location, close to the highways, a 17 minute drive to the airport. It was difficult to cook due to poor lighting in kitchen. The fireplace in the living room is a tripping hazard. Beds were uncomfortable. Rooms upstairs need black out curtains as the sun comes up early. The towels were cheap and the bathmats were placed as rugs in the bedrooms. For the price we paid the stay was not ideal, but perhaps we had higher expectations.

House was great and very clean. Owner was very easy to communicate with and quick to respond. Awesome location and walkable to many spots on North Ave.

Everything was perfect the only complaint were the mattresses. All except the queen bed left us with lower back pain.

Great family stay

Family lives nearby and we needed more space for Thanksgiving. This home had everything we needed and was clean, comfortable, and charming. The check-in/check-out was uncomplicated. We'd be happy to stay there again.

Cozy Sisters Weekend

Location and layout of the "Wonderful craftsman home in Wauwatosa" was perfect to host our annual weekend gathering for 5. A first-floor bedroom and full bath made it easier for one of us with reduced mobility. Four beds and another full bath on the second floor was convenient and allowed us to spread out. We had 2 cars so it was nice to have a driveway, rather than an alley or street parking.

Worst ever

Dishes were left in the dishwasher. Clothes in both the washer and dryer. No shampoo,conditioner or body wash in either bathroom. Sheets unfolded and stuffed in closet. Pillows with stains. One wine glass and mismatched silverware. Way too expensive at $350+/day. I have steyed in dozens of Vrbo and B&B this was the worst ever.

Great house for a family stay

This was a terrific property, large, clean and spacious with ample parking and easy access to wherever you need to go in Milwaukee. The host left clear instructions and was extremely communicative. Would definitely recommend this spot for a family get-together.
