This recently updated 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath 1947 home is well established in the lovely neighborhood of Brookfield Village. Walking distance to dining and shopping, a quick drive to anywhere in the Milwaukee area with easy access to the highway.

Our home was designed for travelers by travelers, from start to finish everything was put in place for your comfort. As you enter, either through the freshly finished 1 car garage space or the sun room where you can kick off your shoes and coats and plug in your EV vehicle, you will feel a sense of relaxation along with excitement to explore this large home. You'll flow into the cozy kitchen with a gas 2 oven stove, and stainless appliances which welcomes you to cook any meal! On the main level there is a half bath, 2 spacious living rooms each with a 65" TV and fireplace, front living room has a full size sleeper couch, enjoy the family room reclining couch and entertainment, accompanied by a large dining area that seats 10 comfortably. A pingpong/airhockey table, games and books are waiting to enhance cozy nights in. Upstairs are 4 bedrooms, each with their own 55" TV. The primary room has a king size bed with connecting bath. Additionally, 3 more bedrooms; 2 queen size bedrooms and 1 with a queen and pull-out futon; a shared bathroom with shower/tub ties together the original part of this home.

Outside, you'll surely enjoy the open space large yard. Be sure to watch out for our daily dose of wildlife who we share natural space with... Some games, an outdoor dining table and gas grill & fire table make for exceptional nights under the stars!

Attached 1 car garage and large driveway allows for ample parking.

Rental Agreement/Booking: A rental agreement will be sent to you after your booking has been reviewed. Your booking can be cancelled at any time due to non- payment, dates overlapping with another guest that were not listed on VRBO's calendar or if the Rental Agreement and Broker Disclosure forms that will be sent to you have not been signed. Signed agreements must be signed no later than 72 hours after they have been sent.
