This place was absolutely amazing. For being in close proximity to the beach, there was no sand in the house prior to check in. It was so clean. There was everything you needed there for an enjoyable beach vacation. The host was more than accommodating and provided clear instructions. We will absolutely rent from Jody again

Cozy Cove was pure paradise! We are a family of three, with a 2 year old. It was fully and comfortably furnished including a pack n play. They quickly provided a a brand new child life jacket so we could use the kayak. The beach was pristine- raked every morning by the amazing groundskeepers, view of Pear Rock, and swam with sea turtles everyday. We cooked most of our meals at home. The provided golf cart was great for getting around the island and nightly Papa Scoops! The owners were so accommodating for any of our needs and quick to respond. We’ll definitely stay here again!

This was the first time we stayed in this property. It was just as described. Extremely clean and modern inside. All the kitchen gadgetry that we could ever desire. The large kitchen table. made a great gathering spot for the family when we gathered around to eat meals. Bedrooms were all spacious with plenty of closet. Space. A very short walk to the beach where the kayak and chairs awaited us. I would definitely stay here again. I met the host on day two and they were very genuine gracious people. I can’t recommend this property enough.
