Très bel hébergement, propre, bien équipé au 5ème étage avec ascenseur. Le balcon est bien orienté et très agréable. Petite vue mer sur un côté mais belle vue mer de l'autre côté. Le quartier est hyper calme, nous avons été très surpris. Le propriétaire est très gentil, nous avons échangé avec nos téléphones portables pour les traductions. Nous ne parlons pas espagnol et il ne parle pas français mais cela a été relativement facile.

Lovely apartment

Lovely bright sunny apartment, in a brilliant location close to beach, town and tram stops. Spacious balcony with sun shutters and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed two weeks and would definately return if back in La Vila, the host Pedro lovely friendly welcoming guy, and nothing was a problem to him when you ask, over all a 10/10 experience😁

Great location

Our third year staying at this apartment. It's located within easy walking to the centre of Villa and also to the beach, supermarket, tram station. The apartment is well equipped. It's bright and has a lovely balcony in a quiet residential area (with private parking), but you don't need a car as the tram and bus service is very good. Pedro is an excellent host and looked after us during our stay. We enjoyed our stay so much, we have already booked for next year.

Apartamento súper cómodo , cerca de la playa y teniendo muy buena comunicación con sitios cercanos . Muy limpio y con todo lo que podrías necesitar en el apartamento . Pedro, una persona súper amable y atento . Es la segunda vez que venimos y sin duda repetiremos . Gracias !!!

exactly as described

Pedro was excellent at answering enquiries quickly and was there to meet me when i arrived at 10.00pm. Had a lovely stay with no issues during the 4 weeks i was there and would definately stay again. Lots of cafes, bars, restaurants and supermarkets within a few minutes walk and the beach front is perfect. If you are after more lively entertainment you can get the tram to benidorm in about 20 minutes. The apartment is very clean and lovely views from the balcony.

Lovely apartment in a beautiful place , very reasonably priced would return

So as per other comments I can agree that the neighbours can be noisy but that is no fault of the host. And it is Spain sometimes the buildings can have thin walls. However overall Pedro is an amazing host very attentive and replies quickly. Apartment is equipt with everything you need for cooking etc and they even have chairs and a cooking container for when you go to the beach and an umbrella so you don’t need to buy one. And it is so close to the beach also which is very convenient, we would love to stay again in the future

Good position for beach, town centre, supermarkets and Tram station

The apartment has a large balcony which is great for relaxing and eating. The property is well equipped with full oven and washer, even down to the beach chairs, sun parasol and cool box. Very well situated for accessing the town centre including the old town, beach, supermarkets and tram station. Would fully recommend.

Todo bieen un sitio agradable tranquilo , pedro el propietario muy acogedor el sitio tiene una limpieza 10 . Durante nuestra estancia teniamos todo lo necesario en la vivienda no faltaba absoultamente nada y todo parecia estar muy nuevo . Muy cerca de la playa , todo muy bonito ademas una playa tranquila y no es tan alborotada como en otras zonas cosa que nos encanto . A tan solo 15 minutos de benidorm y muy facil de llegar en el transporte publico , todo lo que necesitabas y estabamos buscando . Muchisimas gracias y hasta la proxima !!

One of my best accomodation experience in Spain.

The apartment itself is very lovely. It has everything you might need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee machine, two beach chairs, and even a bag for shopping. Pedro meet us at a tram station and helped with the luggage. I wish we could stay longer.
