Just like last time, Brian and Anna welcomed us. It felt like coming home. Everything was there, and you'll want for nothing. The location is also perfect, as you're right on the main shopping street, at Mercadona, Consum, or Masymas. You can walk straight through the garden to the beach, and the pool is fantastic. We'll be back.

Great stay

This 50+ year old property was just to our taste and in a great location. It was nice to breakfast on the terrace and despite losing the sun in late afternoon it was possible to sun bathe further up the garden.

Another wonderful stay

Just home from our second stay in Brian and Anna's property. We stayed 3 weeks this time and enjoyed it as much as before,Brian met us on our arrival .Such a comfortable apartment, with everything that we needed , in a great setting,amazing pool. Altea is a beautiful town and we'll be returning again. Thanks Brian and Anna.

The hosts Brian and Anna are very, very nice people who try to make your stay very pleasant. The appartement is nice, with good beds, complete interior and kitchen equipment and good furniture on the terras with sunscreen. View on the garden and large swimming pool, but well situated, so without having noise from it. Carpark within 5 meters of the front door! Brian and Anna are living nearby and very helpful, if necessary.

Fabulous location, great having UK TV - wonderful hosts

Amazing location right by the sea and easy access to the passeo. Lovely large terrace to enjoy the sun most of the day. Great to have English TV during a long stay holiday and good internet access. The apartment is well equipped but some of the furniture is a little tired.

Everything was great. The location, the apartment, the swimming pool but especially Brian and Anna [owners]. Very sweet and caring people. We were also very fortunate to be able to book for 2025 and 2026 and we are looking forward to it again.

Excellent location and lovely flat

Lovely stay, great location on the beach at the start of the promenade, beach bar outside. Promenade full of great restaurants Access to the town and the must visit old town only 15 mins walk, albeit uphill, but worth it. Lovely marina, you definitely need swim shoes for the beach and it is quite difficult to get in and out. Only downside was no sunbeds around the huge pool. Really great.

Great stay in Altea

From arrival to departure our stay was perfect(apart from few days of rain) We arrived in the rain and Brian and Anna offered to pick us up from the bus stop in Altea to take us to the apartment. The apartment was perfect,very spacious, very Spanish,and in such a perfect setting,it had everything we needed, very clean, comfortable beds, extra clean linen and towels etc. Patio area was perfect with a fantastic size pool. Access from pool area took you straight to the sea and promenade. Communication with Brian and Anna was great, easily contactable if there had been any problems-there weren't! We have already booked a return as we were so happy with it all. Thanks Brian and Anna for lovely Altea stay.

Het appt is gedateerd maar dat wisten wij. De ligging is perfect. Alle winkels zijn op loopafstand. Even door de tuin, langs het grote zwembad daarna met de sleutel het hek opendoen en je steekt het looppad over en.....je staat op het strand. Ook een leuk en gezellig barretje op het strand als je even gezellig wat wil drinken of eten.

Mooi maar eenvoudig appartement met alles erop en eraan. Geweldige ligging met een fantastisch zwembad, dicht bij het strand en ook nog dicht bij de boulevard. We zijn 5 weken geweest en hebben auto bijna niet gebruikt.

Verblijf was in één woord geweldig. We hebben ons goed vermaakt en hadden verlengd tot 5 dec 2025. Locatie is gunstig en is incl parkeerplaars. [Bewaakt en achter gesloten hek]. Als er iets is dan wordt er gelijk actie genomen. Prachtig groot zwembad. Kortom TOP vakantie.

Erstmal vielen Dank an Anna und Brian ! Super Infos ,einfache Schlüsselübergabe,sehr herzlicher Empfang und ein Apartment mit allem was man benötigt. Vom Toilettenpapier bis zum Kaffeefilter alles war vorhanden.Die Lage perfekt direkt am Wasser ,ruhig,Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten um die Ecke.Wir kommen wieder,herzliche Grüsse Thomas und Fabian

We hebben een uitstekend verblijf gehad in het appartement van Brian en Anna. Hoewel inrichting en apparatuur verouderd is, functioneerde alles prima. Het is een hele rustige aangename plek om te verblijven, vlak bij de kust en het begin van de boulevard. OV en supermarkt zijn op loopafstand. We hebben een heel fijn contact gehad met de eigenaren. Het zijn hele lieve mensen.

Goed verblijf op goede locatie ! Aardige eigenaar

Wij zijn hier 1 week geweest. Het is een rustige plek, maar toch bij de centrum en boulevaard. Van de aardige eigenaar hebben wij goede uitleg gekregen. Goede bedden.
