Lake Shore - Lake Front
A large lakefront home located in the Lake Shore Park Subdivision. This home features 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and is located in a quiet cove with your own private dock. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated here. This could be the home for that perfect vacation offering wonderful memories for a lifetime.
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.
All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.
You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.
Location: Lakeshore Park
• Number of Bathrooms: 4 (3 baths with tub/shower combo; 1 with tub and double sinks)
• Number of Bedrooms: 5 (1 King bed; 2 Queen beds; 2 bunk beds (single over double)
• Maximum Occupancy for Unit: 12
Disclaimer: Due to PG&E water level controls during the winter months boat dock is not usable.
AC, wifi, Microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Sat tv. DVD, gas BBQ, private dock and beach area. Lots and lots of decking, lake view. Also has a pool table and ping pong table for your entertainment.
IT IS RECOMMENDED BY THE COUNTY OF MADERA TO DRINK BOTTLED WATER DURING YOUR STAY IN THE MARINA VIEW & LAKESHORE PARK SUBDIVISIONS
The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.
Service animals are allowed on our properties. Please answer the following questions legally allowed by the ADA regarding your service animal. 1) Is the dog a service animal required because of a disability? 2) What work or task has the dog been trained to perform?
We do not charge extra for service animals, nor do we increase the security deposit. The guest remains liable for any and all damage caused by people or animal. Under the ADA, service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered unless these devices interfere with the service animal’s work or the individual’s disability prevents using these devices.
** This property does have outdoor cameras. There are no cameras indoors and no cameras face indoors. These cameras are for safety purposes.
