Comfortable Easy Stay and only a few minutes drive to Old Town

Very happy with this accommodation. It worked well for two couples. Kitchen well set up and all beds comfortable ( 4 Singles provided). Entry by code and key. Be aware road is narrow so smaller car easier but we managed with a station wagon. Parking straight outside front door.

Urlaub in Split

Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Ferienwohnung. Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, Spül- sowie Waschmaschine vorhanden. 2 große Schlafzimmer mit reichlich Stauraum, Bad mit begehbarer Dusche. Wohn- / Essbereich recht klein, dafür aber große möblierte Außenterrasse. Alle Zimmer mit Klimaanlage. Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin sehr gut, vielen Dank!

Apartment in Split

My family, four adults, stayed at this apartment in June. We loved the location, including the proximity to the beach and the old town area. Communication with the owner was outstanding. The check-in process was very easy with a lock box located outside the gate. An assigned parking space was ideal. The bedrooms were large and the beds comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. The living area was small, but the patio area outside made up for the shortage of space in the living area. I have no hesitated in recommending this apartment. We loved our stay there.

Comfortable, Convenient, spotlessly clean

This flat in Split worked great for our family. The interior common area was a little small, but the lovely courtyard made up for that which is where we spent our time when not sleeping. The beds were comfortable and having a washer was a huge plus as we were halfway through a two week trip.

Pleasant stay close to Split city center

We stayed here for 4 nights in mid autumn. Everything in the appartement is fully functional. There is an air conditionner in every room which is quite appreciable when the temperatures drop outside. The place is residential and very calm and we had our own private parking. We had been in contact with Snjezana, the property manager, all over our stay who gave us all the details and useful information to get to the address, collect the keys, check out, etc. Split city centrer is just within 15mn walk and there’s a close supermarket for the main courses. In short : we had an enjoyable stay and would definitely come back.

Top Unterkunft in Bester Lage

Das Objekt ist sehr stilvoll und modern eingerichtet. Der Wohn- und Eßbereich, sowie beide Schlafzimmer sind mit SmartTV und Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Auto kann direkt vor dem Haus auf einem reservierten Stellplatz parken. Vom Appartment sind ca. 250 - 350 Meter bis zum Strand und nur 100 Meter bis zum Supermarkt. Im Zentrum von Split (Altstadt) ist man zu Fuß in ca. 15 Minuten, so dass man Abends zum Essen und bummeln noch mal los kann. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Was uns besonders gut gefiel, dass die Vermieterin auch während des Aufenthaltes, per WhatsApp, nachgefragt hat wie es uns geht, ob was fehlt und ob wir noch was benötigen oder Erkundungstips benötigen. Die 14 Tage vor Ort waren einfach Super. Danke noch mal und wir kommen bestimmt wieder !!

Ideal base for visiting Split.

The apartment was ideally located in a quiet neighborhood, just what we wanted, and was not far away from all amenities. The apartment was big enough for the two of us but the living area would have been a little crowded for four. The bedrooms were very spacious and the whole place was well equipped. Snjezana, the owner, was very helpful and contactable if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend the apartment.

Beautiful apartment!!

Our first time in Split and my sister and I picked the perfect apartment! Everything brand new and oh so clean. The location was great. Very close to the beach and a 15 min. walk to the castle and boardwalk. Zorica was lovely and met us at the arranged time to check in and again when we were leaving calling us a cab to the airport. Amenities like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, shower gel were all there never mind the coffee pods! It was a pleasure and I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Snejezana and Zorica for making it all so easy and pleasurable.

Great stay!

Zorica and Snjezana were very helpful and friendly- the property is well appointed with spacious bedrooms, great kitchen and huge patio. Common area inside is small, but why sit inside when you can enjoy the gorgeous patio? Very clean and well functioning. Just a short walk to Old Town/ferry terminal etc. Highly recommend!!! Great location (within 15 minutes walk of city of Split) / Clean / Charming

Two bedrooms are very large and very clean. Living area is small along with kitchen but the outdoor patio makes up for the lack of living space inside. Very nice host and person greeting us. We enjoyed staying at this apartment and would recommend it to families who want to stay near Split and who like to walk. Thank you for a great stay!

Worked great for us

We have been touring all over Croatia for two weeks, staying in all kinds of places. Were in Split for two nights and one full day. Apartment is in a nice quiet neighborhood, about 15-25 minutes from Old Town walking, depending how fast you walk! We enjoyed the walk. Close to a beach. Apartment was spotlessly clean and everything new. Good kitchen, fully equipped, washer, small dining room/living room, but we were not there much, so didn't need any bigger. Bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and a nice bathroom with a good shower. Nice outdoor space with table etc and a very convenient parking space! The lady that greeted us was charming and lovely and helpful. Everything was thought of and it was an excellent stay. There were four of us staying there. Would definitely highly recommend it.

I like Split not only because it is my place of birth, but also because there are a lot of great things to see, feel and enjoy them.
Bacvice district is the best residential area in the city. Everything you need is in walking distance. There are many restaurants, bars, parks around, children playgrounds and beautiful seaside promenade for long walks regardless the season.

Split is one of the oldest cities in the area.
One big open-air museum. This area is that stretches back to Roman times.
Split brings something interesting on every corner, it is filled with culture and sights. Combined with clean sea, beautiful Marijan nature park, lovely bars and cafes, sun that is always shining, I'm sure Split will be for you super nice experience all year round!

Experience a magic winter and spring in Split and enjoy its mild climate, enjoy the stroll on the sea promenade and have a coffee at one of the many cafes which have open terraces during the whole year.
Advent in Split is amazing, Christmas Market is held on the Riva, waterfront in front of the illuminated walls of the Diocletian Palace. Numerous sales stands offer Christmas gifts, local delicacies, warming drinks, sweets, Christmas tree decorations, souvenirs.

There are kilometers of beaches sand or pebble.
With soft sand and extensive shallows, Bačvice Beach is a beloved bathing spot for Splićani. It was in these shallows that the game “picigin” was born.
Kilometres of beaches allow you to enjoy a stroll on this seaside promenade and have leisurely coffee or cocktails in one of numerous coffee shops or a romantic dinner in one of the restaurants.
