Delacroix places were all full, so I stayed here, for the first time. I'd never been to Shell Beach, and I'll be back for sure. Ended up still putting the boat in at Delacroix, but its only a 20 min drive. We finished 3rd in the tournament, so that made it a good weekend. This camper was easy to book, and extremely easy to modify/add days to the reservation, last minute. Met some great people in Shell Beach, and everyone was accommodating. The only downside is, if you're over 6ft tall, you wont be able to lay completely flat in the "master" bed. The other beds appeared to be the same length, but since its a camper, I wasnt expecting a king bed, wasnt disappointed. My only recommendation when staying here is, on day one, spend 30 minutes and go through all the cabinets to see what all supplies they already have. That may prevent a run to the store, because you may find seasoning stuffed in a bedroom cabinet, or pots/pans under the TV. Being its a camper, kitchen storage is limited, so things get put wherever there is space. Also, if you're there in the cooler months, the porch they have built is great. The listing/pictures are 100% spot on, and I will be back. Now, this is when I'm supposed to say this place is terrible, so its easier for me to book it in the future!!
