Excellent property with plenty of room for parking your boat. The property provided excellent amenities for a fishing trip. Perfect access to landings, guides, local restaurants. Electrical outlets for charging batteries. Very convenient and comfortable with three bedrooms, two baths, a large kitchen and a perfect living area with a large couch and chairs. Great camp. We’ll definitely be back! Thank you.

Great spacious and clean/fresh camp. Plenty of parking and convenient access to the Shell Beach and Hopedale launch/marinas. However, no boat slip included so plan to trailer.

Fantastic location for fishing the Hopedale/Delacroix area. The house was so clean! They had everything we needed. The kitchen was great, we cooked most evening meals. Very comfortable rooms! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay if fishing in the area, it is waterfront and does have boat parking but it is not a slip or a lift and you will need bumpers to protect your boat from the pilings but outside of that it is great lodging in a great location.

Host was very welcoming and her home is very comfortable. The home is updated and has ample supplies. The only comment I have is the dock needs some improvement. The concrete is slanted and there is a big step from the crooked concrete and the deck to the dock and lose hand stair railing on the back entrance of the home. It was convenient to be able to keep the boat at the dock. Thank you!

Need to fix screen door and railing horrible all loose, steps need cleaning very slick. Porch light works when it wants too and porch is filthy. Outside is covered with mildew. Needs a good cleaning. Owner should let people know there is not an ice maker in fridge. Garage was and when we arrived. No hand towels or kitchen towels. For what we paid should have been some there and a bag of ice in freezer.

Hi! Thank you for your feedback. We do appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We pressure wash the exterior of the property regularly; however, we have experienced an unusually large amount of rain over the past montj, which can cause surfaces to become dirty more quickly than normal. We certainly do not have an ongoing mildew issue. I'm also not sure what garage you are referring to, as the property does not have a garage, which is reflected in all of our listing photos. For future reference, the kitchen towels are located in the drawer beside the coffee machine. We apologize if they were not immediately visible. While we do not advertise an ice maker or provide bags of ice, we appreciate that feedback and will consider making that information clearer for future guests. Other than the missing ice and hand towels, we're happy to hear that the interior of the home met your standards. We are always looking for ways to improve and appreciate your comments.
